1. Guests must register at the office at their earliest possible convenience. The office is located on the ground floor of building 'B'.
2. No apartment can be used for any commercial purpose.
3. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Those violating this will be fined.
4. BBQs are available in the pool area between 9 AM and 9 PM, for groups of larger than 6, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance.
5. The laundry from is available between 8 AM and 10 PM. Please leave the laundry room neat and clean at all times.
6. The pool area is open between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM. Further pool rules are posted in the pool area and should be followed at all times while in use.
7. Only park in your assigned parking spots. Guest spots are for non-residents and should only be used for 3 hours MAX.
8. Please bag all trash before placing it in the dumpster....

Small nice 1 bedroom. Broken window blinds, and stuck window storm slats. Other than that, well furnished. Very responsive management. AC worked. Entrance to property is not well marked. Easily drive right pass it. Convenient location, walkable to business section of Kona. Furnishing a little dated.
