The kitchen, dining room, and living room flow together seamlessly, meaning no lonely cooks and great entertaining capabilities. During the days of work focused on the elevator lobby and surrounding area, the elevator will not be going to the 3rd floor. It will be available to the 2nd floor. Nice condo, well located in a quiet area. Only thing I would have liked was a beach umbrella. They had chairs, cooler, tennis rackets and balls....but the umbrella is a must on the beaches.

Wonderful condo was nicely furnished and very clean. Perfect for two people. Great view of the Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa from the 3rd floor. Location is ideal. Close to lots of beaches and Waikoloa has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not too far from Kona (30 minutes or less) and the close to the saddle road to Hilo or Mauna Kea.

Communication with property management was efficient and prompt, unit was very well-equipped, spacious, and reserved shaded parking right in front.
Lanai provides beautiful views onto Mauna Kea.

The unit was nice and in a convenient location to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped but the unit lacked several amenities such as Kleenex, bathroom soap and shampoo. It was unfortunate that there was major construction outside our unit.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Well decorated for a nice mountain feel, and kitchen well stocked with basic supplies. Some knocking/tapping noises at night (from heater?), so just be aware if sensitive sleeper.
