This townhome was spared by the August 2023 Lahaina fire, but part of our Puamana community was burned including our historic clubhouse. All services have been restored as of July 2024, one pool is open at Puamana, and there are no restrictions or checkpoints to enter this part of Lahaina. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse (Puamana 167-4 on Pualei Drive) is 200 feet from the Pacific ocean and was remodeled and outfitted with top of the line furnishings, appliances, and air conditioning. With contemporary design elements and massive outdoor living areas you have the best of both indoor and outdoor living. My unit is #167-4, and we are conveniently located between the two beach access points so you only have a short walk in either direction to be in the water and ready to surf, paddleboard, or swim!
The living room, fully equipped and stocked kitchen and half bath/laundry are located on the first floor and the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. We have a 65 inch HD curved television in the living room as well as TV in one bedroom, and fast, reliable wifi for all of your technological needs. Owner clevertrevor upgraded the internet speed to 1 gigabyte in September 2024. The couch is a sleeper sofa that pulls out to be a double bed, and we also have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.
The ground floor living room opens up to a very large 300 square foot covered lanai with two ceiling fans, lights, a dining table that seats 6, and plenty of seating. The lush landscaping makes it feel like you are in your own private tropical oasis and there is even a hot water outdoor shower to rinse in after a day at the beach or a surf session. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and beach toys for your enjoyment. You may borrow my surfboards that are stored under our carport - you can walk to the breaking surf that is behind our gates in our Puamana community!
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with a shower. From the bed you have a view of palm trees swaying in the breeze just past your private lanai, and a peek of the ocean from the windows. Enjoy cocktails at sunset from the comfort of your outdoor sectional sofa on the second floor 300 square foot lanai or just lounge in the midday sun with your favorite book. With ocean views and the shade of the coconut trees, this lanai is quite possibly the best spot in the house. I love to leave the slider and window open at night to be soothed to sleep by the sound of gently crashing waves. In September 2024 I added a 27" iMac Apple desktop computer to the mini office in the master closet which you may use.
The guest room is also outfitted with a king size bed and also boasts peek ocean views from both windows. Wake up with the sun as it comes over the mountains or maybe choose to close the blackout blinds for a peaceful morning of sleep. All of our doors and windows are double paned and sound proof so you will never have to worry about road noise or other disturbances. The guest bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower and is located in the hallway outside of the guest bedroom.

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we chose this location for its beautiful property and location near Lahaina. The community and townhouse far exceeded our expectations! Trevor provided everything necessary for a fantastic stay in Maui, and it was a bonus to just “show up,” and have the beach chairs, sand toys, etc. all there and waiting for us! We enjoyed many days by the fantastic pool, sunsets watching the surfers, and our two year old loved that there was a playground for her within close walking distance. We would highly recommend Trevor’s home to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Lahaina!

Great property, nicely renovated. Great location on south end of Lahaina. Cool backstory on the property of Puamana. Highly recommend staying here. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Host was incredibly helpful on check in. Kitchen is functional and has everything you need. Even a few decent knives, which seems to be a rare thing so I appreciate it.

This was a perfect Hawaii house. Close to all the best beaches. Pool was lovely. Direct beach front access is a challenge but don’t let that stop you. You’ll appreciate the quiet. The house has everything you could need. The host was always available when we needed him (which was infrequent.) We will be back.

I am happily giving our 17 day stay at Puamana 167-4 (5) stars. The entry to the home is set up seamlessly. Coordinating with the owner to reserve this location for our stay, went well.
6 adult family members stayed at this beautiful and clean home. The location is only 200 feet from the ocean front. What added a unique addition to our stay here, was the two outdoor living spaces. One outdoor space is located just outside the master bedroom and the other lanai space is just off of the living room. Each outdoor space provided plentiful seating , which we found, clean comfortable. The kitchen was efficient with everything you need to cook a complete meal, smoothies or deserts. The vibrant blue cabinets made the space pop. I wont forget to mention the extremely comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, which allowed for some comfortable down time. The location was great, and we found ourselves walking just a few steps to view the beautiful sunset every night. The property owner Trevor provided an open communication line and he was very helpful. We came here to stay for vacation and other family members stayed at neighboring homes within the Puamana community. Here we celebrated out daughters wedding at Merrimens just a few minutes down the road. We then were able to enjoy our vacation with close family members and friends. We would not change the reservation for this home as it served our purpose well. Our family was extremely satisfied with our stay here and definitely look forward to reserving this space again in our future.

Super clean place. Amenities were great! We used all the cool beach gear and kitchen supplies. We were also visited by a family of chickens every morning while we were having breakfast in the back patio.

This property is in a great location and is exceptionally maintained. The property was transitioned to a new owner "Trevor" prior to our stay. Trevor communicated effectively and quickly to ensure there were no concerns during the transition. The townhouse layout was spacious, well decorated, clean, and just perfect. I cannot overstate how happy we were with this property and location! Thank you Trevor, we had a great family vacation.

We stayed 5 nights here. The size of the property was perfect for husband, son, and myself. We loved having access to a grill, beach chairs, and a wagon. The neighborhood is lovely. However the next door neighbor was having all of his windows replaced. It was quite noisy, but our host compensated us for our troubles. We would love to stay here again in future.
