As you enter this elegant, ground-floor space, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, refined furnishings, and an open floor plan that encourages indoor/outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for two, and an adjacent glass-top dining table for four. The living room offers plush seating and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to the lanai and its outdoor dining and lounging space. THINGS TO KNOW
Effective April 15, 2023, the resort check-in fee will be rise from $60 to $65 and will be collected by Vacasa at the time the reservation is made. The $18 daily resort fee will become $20 and will be collected by the resort upon check-in. Credit or debit card only, no cash or check.
The living room features a Queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
