The space
GENERAL:
This is the privately owned studio inside of Luana Waikiki hotel & suites. Therefore, it doesn't offer daily cleanings or any other hotel services. This 4th floor studio comes with one queen size bed & one queen size sofa bed and sleeps up to 4 people. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchenette includes:
- Induction cooktop
- Microwave
- Toaster oven
- Electric kettle
- Coffee maker
- Rice cooker
- Blender
- Wine glasses/opener
- Silver ware and dishes.
THE HOTEL AMENITIES THAT CAN BE USED:

Parking:
We provide free parking at the nearby Hale Koa Hotel Parking (4 minutes walk). If you want to park at Luana parking lot ( valet parking only), you need to pay $35/day at the front desk.
SUPPLIES:
Though there is no daily maid service, but we will supply toilet papers, paper towel, sponge, we also will provide hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your entire stay.
Linens:
We provide linens for the beds and one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest. For guest stay more than 4 days, we will provide 2 set of towels per person. One beach towel per person.
The ABC Store is right across the street.
Key:
Self checking-in with key card. Please take good care of the card. You would have to pay $30 to the person who deliver you a replacement should you have lost or damaged it.
Check In:
It's self check in. Instructions will be provided 3 days before your arrival.
As the guest of a private owner, you should always contact my property manager for anything you may need to help with. You could ask the front desk for questions as well though they are not obligated to. Please respect them as much as I do!
Noisiness:
The unit is facing to Kalakaua Ave and it is the busiest road in Waikiki. Therefore, it can be noisy. Please mind it before you book it.

Enjoyed stay. Almost everything was perfect other than the freezer inside of the refrigerator failed to keep our ice cream frozen. When we took the ice cream out after a day, it was half melted. Everything else was great.
