The open living/kitchen area features upgraded stainless-steel appliances, porcelain floors and custom quartz counters. Enjoy breakfast bar seating as well as dinette seating, comfy furnishings and Smart tv.
Relax on the garden-level lanai with pool and mountain views. Walk-out access to the gardens, the pool, or the nearby gas grilling station is a breeze. The lanai extends the length of the condo and is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.
The bedroom invites you to rest easy with black-out style curtains, a pillow-top California King bed and a second Smart tv.
The bathroom features a renovated and custom-tiled walk-in shower and a large quartz vanity in separate areas for additional privacy and functionality.
This condo is IDEAL for two guests, but we offer a twin roll-away AND a self-inflating queen size bed either of which can be set up in the living area to accommodate up to four guests comfortably.
The Location:
Plantation Hale, is a great location for everyone’s favorite island activities and is just a short walk from Waipouli Beach. For most, a variety of boutiques, art galleries, cafes and restaurants with live local music are all easily walkable!
Beyond the immediate area, enjoy the “Ke Ala Hele Makale” bike and pedestrian path to explore up to 9 miles of beautiful coastline, beaches, and charming Old Kapa’a Town. The Wailua Municipal Golf Course, Kayak/Waterfall Hike adventures, and the renown Smith Tropical Paradise Luau and Botanical Gardens along the Wailua River are all within 2 miles of the condo.

We love it here, the location is great for visiting the north side of the island one day and the south side the next day. The remodel is nice, much better than neighboring units. We visit Kauai every few years, each time we wish we could stay longer. Aloha.

Perfect size for wife and I. Coconut marketplace next door was fabulous. Great shopping, farmers market, live music, and ABC store. Being centrally located made trips to Hanalei and Waimea easy

It was wonderful. The pools could of been warmer. Also the jets in the hot tubs need to be fixed.

Nice clean place with easy walking to all necessities. Right by road so some traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very clean and well kept. However, not being able to check in until 4:00 PM wasn't so great since our flight from Portland arrived at 12:30 PM local time. We were scheduled to check out after 10 nights at 10:00 AM on October 23rd. We had to go back to reception to get a new key card as the one provided stopped working on October 22nd. Apparently it was miscoded. In addition, the WiFi was shut off the morning of the 23rd, so that created a few minor issues for us as well. At 9 AM the morning we were leaving, the maid came to the door to clean the unit although we didn't need to leave until 10:00 AM. We like the condo and the location, just didn't like the problems of our last night and check out morning.

It was nice overall and centrally located. The beach by the condo was not very swimmable. There are two windows, one in the bedroom and one in the living room that do not have glass covering it sound noises from street and people walking by windows could be heard from inside of the unit. Overall it was clean and a good place to stay.

We loved staying in this very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. It was perfect for a couple. We were within an hour drive from anywhere on the island. We loved being within walking distance from many great restaurants— especially Wailua Shave Ice (we went there every day!) we had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo!
