We had a great time and loved the view from the lanai.
Just a couple items that we noticed needed fixing. The sliding door to the lanai would not lock/ the lock is broken. Master bedrooms closet had the wood pole to hang clothes on seemed to be broken on one side. I could still hang clothes on the left side of the closet, but just FYI. We loved the location, and condo was a great place to stay, kitchen was well equipped. Thank you!

Paradise begins in Kona Reef A 34. Mahalo to our host Bill for taking such good care of us. The location can't be beat and this updated top floor, oceanfront unit is the perfect place to enjoy island life. From mornings, sitting on the lanai chair listening to the waves crash and then later on watching the most spectacular sunsets, this was more than we could have imagined for our first Kona visit. We loved the short walk to our new favorite Hawaiian beach town, Kailua-Kona and we can't wait to come back to Kona Reef A 34. Aloha until next time!

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. The condo was perfect for 3 people. It was well stocked and had the most magnificent ocean front views. Walking distance to Kona Village where you will find plenty of restaurants and shops.
Communication with Bill and the management company was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at this condo with our two small children ages three and one. The condo was clean and well organized, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Internet and washer and dryer were in good working order. The view was incredible from the balcony. it was a very short walk to restaurants, doable with the small kids. The beach was right next-door, and the snorkeling in front of the condo was the best of anywhere on the big island that we went. Kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

The location truly is THE best spot in the area - right on the water, highest floor. You can even hear the surf when the sliding door is closed! Property looks brand new - no sign of wear and tear. And the place was immaculate when we arrived - you could have literally eaten off the floor. You can walk just about anywhere for food, coffee, yoga, beach, sunrises, gifts, you name it. Both the owner and the rental company were amazing - great communication, immediate responses, no surprises. This is truly a gem on the island.

It’s top floor unit, so all you hear is the ocean. Also newly renovated, truly a wonderful place to relax.
Restaurant and shops are easily within walking distance. Our favorite fir a very short walk was Huggo’s on the Rocks.
Covered parking and a small beach on the south end of the complex.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view off the balcony is perfect and the condo is completely remodeled and clean. We loved being able to walk into town for dinner. Parking was easy to find within the condo parking lots. Bill was very responsive to our emails prior to the trip as well as while we were in Hawaii. We would stay here again.
