The condo is impeccably kept. The mostly extended stay visitors has cut down on wear and tear keeping it in the superb condition you'll expect when you arrive. An in-unit washer dryer is conveniently located in the front bath for all of your wash needs. The master bedroom has a built in linen closet storage with five drawers and shelving for all of your personal items. Ample closet storage in the master and front bedroom provide plenty of room to hang your clothes as well. No need to purchase a ton of cooking supplies. The limited use of the unit allows visitors to share in the use of everyday kitchen items needed as a convenience. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic utensils and sundries you should need. So, make yourself at home by making one of your favorite home recipes during your stay.
If relaxing on the lanai daybed or lounger chairs while enjoying the ocean breeze watching the golfers come and go enjoying a good book or a maitai sounds like a relaxing vacation in Kona, then this is your place. The ocean and sunset views are amazing and if your a star gazer the lanai provides a decent view of the night sky. We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It was clean and large especially the deck. He had it well stocked and quality furnishing. Everything was top notch. One comment about only using 1/2 the closet is true but we had adequate room in the closets and drawers. It does not have air conditioning but has the best ceiling fans I have ever used and we did not have a problem using the ocean breeze and fans. He had deluxe blinds on the windows and patio.
It is in a fantastic location with an easy walk to the shopping center with grocery stores, drug store and some of the best restaurants, Thai, Mexican, L & L Barbeque on the island.
The view from the large deck with a great barbeque overlooking the 17th hole and the ocean in the background is great. Kevin was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Would love to go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at country club villas. The owner of the unit was most gracious in helping us with anything we needed. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the use of the owners bike which was much appreciated. The condo is fully equipped with everything a person needs for an even longer stay.

For the most part this is a nice place to stay but it would have been nice to have somewhere to either hang or put away clothes. Both bedroom closets were locked so couldn’t hang clothes, also neither room had a dresser to put clothes in. We didn’t know there wasn’t AC luckily the fans keep the place pretty nice. When renting this place you can only do a full month which was fine for me since my company paid for a relocation but having to do all the things you have to do after a long flight to set this place up is a bit much. The electrical panel has to be switched on / the water has to be turned on - the owner has a full list of things you have to do - I just think for the money this stuff should already be done. Also there’s a gas grill they say you can use but no propane tank?? You do not get an assigned parking place it’s being used by someone so we had to hope that one of the 5 visitor spots was open when we got back every day. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this place wouldn’t be on a list of ones we would rent again but there was not much available when looking for a place that United Airlines would do for the relocation.
