Plenty of space in this 812 sq. ft. recently remodeled, 1 bedroom condo on the ground floor to relax and unwind. Being on the ground floor, you have more open spaces just outside of your private lanai. The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need for a memorable Hawaii Island getaway.
You will have ''No Worries'' as the locals say...only to decide if you are going to spend the day on the beautiful private beach outside your lanai or go for a scenic drive along the coast to do some sightseeing. There is no public beach access so the beach will feel very private and a true getaway from all the crowds.
You will have the choice to sleep in the bedroom on the king size Sealy Plush bed, or in the front room listening to the waves and waking up to see the Sunrise from the queen size Serta Euro-Top Murphy Bed.
Recently remodeled amenities includes stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, counter tops, rattan furniture, linens, dishes & silverware, cookware, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, 2 coolers, 2 lounging chairs, binoculars, and much more.
There is almost always a nice breeze blowing through the condo due to the trade winds, but for those who like a fan...there’s 2 ceiling fans with remotes and a pedestal fan, you will feel the ocean breeze will be very comfortable. AC unit in the living room to help you stay cool durning the warmer days.
Beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen with all kitchenware, linens, towels, single keurig with starter coffee pods, washer/dryer.
Free parking and 24 hour security. Free wifi and cable. Currently, the building is undergoing renovation, constructions during weekday business hours 8:30 am-5pm Monday- Major renovations are done in our unit and updated lanai complete. Current constructions still on going in other parts of the building. If you are out exploring, or hanging out on the beach, it shouldn’t affect your experience. FYI, the current discount rate is due to construction and is a great value. This is truly a beach front condo with all the amenities to have a nice relaxing island vacation. If you are looking for luxury and resort accommodations with spa services, this is not it. The Property is 10 minutes away from Polynesian culture center, and Kualoa ranch, and 5 minutes away from Hauula-loop trail, 20 minute from Turtle Bay, and 45 minutes from the Airport.

Amazing location right on the beach, it was so nice to just walk out of the apartment and see paradise. The space was great, kitchen well stocked, Murphy bed was a big hit. There are a lot of beach and pool gear to use, and being right next to the beach and sand made it so easy. The breeze in the evening was amazing, and waking up to sunset was lovely. Kim was responsive and helpful, and would totally stay here again!

We were looking for a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and this was perfect! The condo was well appointed with all of the things we could need. All of the items we needed for the beach (towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, grass mats etc) as well as everything necessary to cook a great meal.
We were absolutely comfortable here and hope to return.

Our stay was very nice & relaxing. The private beach & beach access were amazing. Our unit was clean and comfortable. The location to local coffee shops and restaurants was great! The only real complaint was sliding door to access lanai and beach did not lock (no key) when we left the unit to go to the beach we closed the main sliding door-if we left all day there was a large wooden dowl we placed in the door track. There is security on site 24/7 which was nice. The unit is also on the 1st floor (which was great for easy access to the unit, parking lot & BEACH!) of a larger building. The building is also under renovation so there was construction going on around us during the week days - we went out & about quite often as well as accessed the Beach every day-so the noise was tolerable. There is also a pool basically right outside and to the right of lanai - it was nice and people were swimming- Overall it was a very nice stay.

We loved this super clean, user-friendly condo right on the beach. We saw sea turtles on our sunrise walks and afternoon swims, and we had everything we could have needed. My 6’4” son slept on the Murphy bed, no problem. And we want to buy Kim’s brand of sheets! :)

Our stay was amazing. The condo was equipped with everything imaginable. Size was perfect for myself, adult son and teen. We had plenty of room still. Once you open the front door the view is amazing. There was some construction going on in the outside but we looked beyond since we were in paradise. Kim the management was great and helped us with all questions

This property was an amazing stay. Highlights were the private beach and ability to swim with the turtles.
Well equipped apartment that accommodated not only is but our toddler, too.
Would definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay again in the future.

This was the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of Oahu. It’s right on the beach. The lawn is well manicured. The beach is nice and sandy with no public access so it seems secluded. There is AC in the unit which allowed us to keep the sliding door closed and keep noise out. The unit is well stocked with bedding, towels, beach gear, kitchenware, charcoal bbq supplies, even seasonings.
My only qualm is that the bedroom window is next to a frequented hallway. So if you’re a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Ear plugs did the trick.

As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai.
The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal for my sister and me. Lots of extra bedding available. Small bathroom but the shower was lovely. It is an older building so don't expect perfection but it was super nice.
Nice location from which to explore the North Shore and the Polynesian Cultural Center. We would stay again.

Great location, great condo and a beautiful privte beach. Who can ask for more! The condo was well equipped for play and for cooking. Quite a variety of spices provided as well. Loved our time onsite and exploring the North Shore!

Everything in the unit is exactly as described. The construction was a minor annoyance, I understand its necessity. I would definitely stay at this property again. The protected waters of Punalu’u are some of the best! Excellent snorkeling. Every night the turtles sleep on the beach. We also saw a monk seal. The beds were sufficient, the newly remodeled shower is nice. Kitchen was very well stocked. Food trucks and a convenience store across the street. We loved our time here!

We absolutely loved the sunrises and location right on the beach! There was construction equipment right outside the back door, and lots of construction all around the property. The bedroom was not ideal as there was noise from people walking around the window but the Murphy bed in the back of the unit was great for hearing the ocean. We would stay here again!

Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Private beaches where the turtles come right up to rest in the evenings. Nice bbq spot to cook on. The house had everything you needed! Will definately come back!

The condo was adorable. It was very clean. When we booked we knew there was construction at the rental sight. We however, had construction right outside the patio doors. The property manager quickly discounted our room. We appreciated that.,this did not ruin our vacation…the beach , literally was 10 sec from our door. The sea turtles were swimming right by us. At night the turtles came up on the beach. It was a great vacation. I’d stay there again.
