Part of the Kuilima Estates West community, the unit is a loft-style design with 1 bedroom loft, 1 bathroom and offers 580 interior square feet. ***Unit Requires Stairs to Access Loft (see pics) and the Loft Head Space is Low in Some Areas*** The unit sleeps two (2) guests with one (1) king bed in the loft. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fan in the living and two split air conditioning units (living room and loft) should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.
The unit amenities feature a television, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a table & chairs for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Furthermore, in the community there is a pool, charcoal BBQ area, tennis courts and gazebo.
Additionally, the surrounding area is perfect for relaxing or spending the day outside. The unit is located next to the Kuilima Estates community pool and has direct golf course frontage. The Turtle Bay Resort is right around the corner and offers resort style amenities including restaurants, spa services and numerous tour options. There is a golf course, Lei Lei’s Bar and Grill, and the ocean all walking distance from the unit.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Not for everyone. If u are over six ft tall, you will hit your head on the bedroom ceiling. Steps up to loft are treacherous. If u are looking for a 5 star accommodation, this isn’t it. But if u are looking for a clean, accommodation in a great location, this is it.
Boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels all provided. Two people, definitely the max.
For me, it was the perfect accommodations. I’ll come back.

The property was very well presented and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked-there was just about every utensil you could need if you wanted to cook up a storm. The only thing missing was a broom-I would have liked to have give the floors a sweep! Great place to stay-love the North Shore!

Everything is fine, but the living room is really small. It’s perfect for 2, and with our 7 year daughter it was ok to have her in the master bed. Downstairs sleeping on the couch would make the room very small.
