In common island style, the primary king suite is separated from the primary living space by noise-buffering sliding shoji doors. The adjoining remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower with detachable shower head and stacked washer and dryer. The club-facing secondary king bedroom enjoys views of flowering trees. The remodeled secondary bathroom also has a tiled walk-in shower with detachable shower head. Two convertible (not pull-out) futon sofas are available in the living room, recommended for single sleepers (43" wide).
Sunrise from CheCa Hale treats you to explosions of color over Mauna Loa’s foothills and the sound of Hawaii’s singing birds. If you miss sunrise, grab a book or cool drink and relax in the comfortable lounge chairs on the 350-square-foot wrap-around covered lanai (balcony) and take in the ocean view.
As with many island residences, CheCa Hale’s layout maximizes the cooling flow of Hawaiian trade winds to help regulate inside temperature. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to aid in air circulation.

The location was perfect for us. Quiet, but close to activities in Kona and Captain Cook. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. Beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
