Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The good - The location is great. Just a short ride to the beach (A Bay), shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. The bad - If you plan on having two vehicles, look elsewhere. The garage is too small to park a car and there's one reserved space. As a result, the unreserved spots get gobbled up quickly. You should count on the tv taking 20-30 minutes to boot up every time you watch it. It was 45 minutes to boot up when we arrived. The AC is as noisty as I've ever experienced. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you up every time it comes on. Ther is no lanai or view. Downstairs is a small patch of concrete taken up by a table and four chairs. Upstairs "lanai" is three feet deep. There is potentially a view of Mauna Kea, but it's obstructed by trees. The current view is of the construction site next door. There are two pools but no umbrellas or shade. To be fair, it's still more than adequate if these things don't matter to you. But unfortunately, this is one of the lower end units in what is otherwise a great place resort. Kudos to Vacasa. They met every need.

Stayed for a week at this property. Everything was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen dishes and cooking items. Modern laundry set. Nice private back lanai. And location is really convenient. This is the second time I've stayed in the same condo complex. And I would stay in the future. The swimming pool is directly across the street from this unit which is perfect. Very close to walk but far enough away that you don't have any of the noise.
It is not beach front. But an easy mile walk or a short drive to get there. And there's lots of free parking by the lava lava club.

It was a nice and comfortable place to come back to everyday after our adventures. It's a close walk to the ocean for sunset every evening.

We loved our stay here! The townhome is nicely appointed and equipped, very clean and quiet with assigned parking right outside the front door. Property management was very nice, responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back!
