Kona Coast Resort unit 10-104 is a roomy, 1100 SF one bedroom, one bath condo that provides traditional Hawaiian ambiance. Kona Coast 10-104 features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and lovely private lanai with an ocean view. The bedroom has an eastern king size bed. The large living room features a pullout couch with a queen-size bed. A split floor plan offers plenty of space to accommodate four people comfortably. Parking is free at Kona Coast Resort. From the parking lot, there are 2 flights of stairs going down to the entry of this unit. STAIR-FREE ACCESS is also an option. There is a walking path leading from the condo to the road that allows entry without stairs! This unit does not have air conditioning. It has good airflow and minimal direct sunlight during the day. The cool air coming off the mountain at night cool things down for comfortable sleeping with a ceiling fan.
Kona Coast Resort sits on twenty-one acres of tropical, lush gardens, and is a former vacation home for Hawaiian royalty. This property was created in resort fashion, with tennis courts, pool, hot tub restaurant and pool-side bar. Kona Coast Resort is nestled along Ali'i Dr. on the beautiful Kona Coast. The Resort is conveniently located just below Keauhou Shopping Center, where there is a movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, grocery store and post office. Keauhou Bay is a black sand beach just a few short blocks from the complex, where you will enjoy world-class snorkeling, sport fishing, diving, and much more. Adjacent to Kona Country Club's famous 18-hole ocean golf course the complex offers all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort. Kailua-Kona is the home of the Hawaii Ironman World Championship. the staret of this race is located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just 5 miles north. The area offers unlimited hiking, jogging, bicycling and swimming opportunities. Kahaluu Beach and Keauhou Bay are within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable, it got very hot during the day but cooled down at night for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was fantastic.

Pool, jacuzzis and tennis courts were nice to have on site. Grocery and other stores are walkable along with some beaches. It’s plenty of space for a couple. The unit could use some cleaning especially all light switches and walls around switches. The place smells like a musty basement but open the doors and it gets better. Only one and half rolls of tee pee seems silly. Never ever ran out at any other vrbo or another short term rental app. View from lanai includes road and parking areas. All said, nice spot and mostly well equipped holiday home. Mahalo.

This property was very inviting. My husband and I and are two children under two years old. Had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable and enjoyed all the feature's The condo had to offer. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

This is my favorite place in Kona, as it has spacious living room as well as Lanai, it is clean, conveniently located as it is very close to the Keauhou shopping center so that I can go to the supermarket, drugstore, restaurants and takeaway very easily. there are welcome packages of shampoo, conditioner, body cream, soap, dishwashing soap, washing machine detergent which were enough for my stay. Coffee filters were in the one of the drawers in the kitchen. Some sources in the fridge that could be from previous occupants Although there is no airconditioning but fans, it gets cool in the morning and evening and usually I am out during the daytime so it was comfortable for me. Owner can be reached by phone easily and she is quick to respond, which is also good as I don't have to worry about if something happens. It is nice to lay on the chair in Lanai mornings and late afternoon and you can see the ocean as well. Hope to come back again.

This condo is perfectly located and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The resort is quiet with lovely pools. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the local beaches. The location is near great beaches, downtown restaurants, walking paths and shopping. It was a perfect week.

Very conveniently located as it is close to the entrance of Cona Coast Resort and very close to Keauhou Shopping Center. The rooms were clean and living room was very spacious and there were some welcome packs - 2 sets of shampoo, conditioner, body soap as well as soap, and a coffee pack, a pack of small dish soap, dish washer machine soap tablet, and a laundry soap tablet. I stayed alone so these welcome packs were enough for 7 days.There were mint tea packs and in the fridge there were salad dressing etc. I did not use my dressing I bought so I left it in the fridge, too. Although there was no aircon but it gets cooler at night and OK during the daytime, too in November. At first I was not sure about how to turn on the lights above mirror in the restroom as well as a chandelier in the living but found out I need to just push the round thing on the wall. One time a screen door was locked accidentaly but I was able to call for help. One night there was a party in the neighborhood probably in the weekend and was a bit noisy but otherwise it was quiet. I quite like it there and hope to come back again! Thank you very much.

Basic condo, not clean. Kitchen cabinets and cooking area above and below stove had mouse poop. Pots and pans were full of mouse poop. Window sills full of bugs.
Not worth it, needs to be throughly deep cleaned, with rodent issue fully addressed. We reported the issue and felt it was minmally addressed and didn't want to deal with their rodent issue while on vacation. They offered only two solutions of checkout immediately with refund or stay with small partial credit of a part nights stay.

The Condo had a very Hawaiian theme! The bed was great! The place was massive and the Lanai as well. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly want including lots of spices and condiments. Tracy was great to deal with and very helpful. it was a short walk to the Pools. There was a restaurant/bar by the big pool that had music every night. Really great place!!!
