Our condo is a ground floor, garden view, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit featuring an open floor plan, contemporary renovations, and a comfortable environment.
The kitchen has a large island and plenty of counter space. Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a large variety of cooking utensils. There are also community grills for use near the pool.
A split air conditioning system keeps the condo cool without the hassle of loud window air conditioners. Each bedroom and the living room have their own unit allowing for individual climate control and to save energy when rooms aren't being used.
You don't have to worry about keys with our keyless entry system. We'll assign a code unique to your rental and provide this prior to your arrival.
The living room and both bedrooms have newer smart TVs for your streaming accounts and we offer both high speed WiFi and basic cable.
The larger of the two bedrooms has a California King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a barn door allowing you to close off the hallway to this bedroom offering more privacy.
Our condo is prefect for couples traveling together and small families or groups up to 4 people. The condo includes bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. The couch is apartment sized and not suitable for sleeping.
We have an ideal location across the street from some of the best beaches Maui has to offer. Both Charley Young and Kamaole 1 beaches are less than a 10 minute walk. For those looking for a longer stroll down the beach, you can head south from Charley Young and walk all the way to the resorts in Wailea along the shoreline connecting the different beaches.
We are within walking distance to several shops, grocery stores, restaurants, surf schools, snorkel and other beach equipment rentals, and more....

We enjoyed the home very much! Great neighborhood, very clean and fully stocked in every area such as the kitchen, bathroom and beach gear. We enjoyed our time on the beautiful island of Maui and were very blessed to have this home for our getaway with friends.

Loved the location and quiet complex. Centrally located and across the street from a great beach. The unit is towards the rear so away from the main road and very peaceful. Unit is nice and had everything we needed.

Excellant vacation accomadations, Everthing was as seen in the listing. Restaurant, shopping, and beaches all within walking distance. Minor glitch with door lock entry was solved quickly by owners. Rental unit and entire complex clean and well maintained. Communications with hosts Joe and Virginia were excellant from start to finish. All Features and appliances worked flawlessly.
Included beach chairs , beach towels, umbrellas and coolers were greatly appreciated. Would definately book this property again on our next visit to Maui. Mahalo.

Great place for two couples as they each have own room and bathroom. We didn’t cook much but could with all the appliances and kitchen stuff. The beds are very comfortable. Host very responsive and proactive. Quiet place that is walking distance to several restaurants and beaches.

Check in waa a little off. Code wouldnt work but manager got back to us and we were good. Lots of access to anything you want in walking distance.. there is a pool but was not working during our stay. Very clean. Lots of beach access right across the street.

We usually stay places where we can be on the top floor because we are sensitive to noise but this place looked so good that we decided to give the ground floor a try. The place is as nice as the pictures look and the kitchen is (beyond) fully stocked so you can cook as much as you would like. As far as noise, zero problems. The entire building was very quiet. It was a lovely stay.
