The entire unit is fully remodeled to include the tile on the lanai. Every detail has been carefully considered for your stay.

The living space is open concept allowing you to connect with your friends and family as you wish.

Guests have full access to the unit with the exception of the locked storage closets.

Just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport, this beautifully landscaped 8.72 acres property overlooks stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and majestic mountain ranges. Settled in the Waikoloa Resort area, next to Hilton Waikaloa Resort and Kolea Waikaloa. 5 minutes' walk to A-Bay, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

Pristine walking paths, and beautiful landscaping, are great for enjoying early morning or evening strolls. Our favorite time is at sunset when you hear the birds settling in for the night with their symphony, the fragrant breeze of the plumeria flowers, and the awe-inspiring sunset views.

There is one parking space designated for the unit. Walking to nearby attractions is possible, however, we find having a jeep for the week allows us to see our favorite beaches, and visit Kona for the amazing ice cream, coffee, and yummy restaurants.

This unit only sleeps 4, that is the max for the space.

You are close to everything within walking distance, but we highly recommend renting a Jeep and exploring as many beaches as you can, visit the local farmers markets, local restaurants and shops to support our fellow people here in Kona.
Shoe-free home, it is a quiet property with a noise ordinance, quiet times are from 10 pm to 8 am, We ask our guests to be mindful as we are on the 3rd floor, and any running, or loud noises will be heard by the guest below. It is a smoke and vape-free property. There is a no pet policy for the property, if you have a special request such as a service animal please message us. If something is damaged during your stay, please let us know so that it can be remedied for the next guests....
