The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower and its own private lanai with seating for two. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep air flowing through out the condo.
The unit has its own free-to-use laundry machines.
As a guest at Kona Eastwind, you will have access to the community pool and BBQ grills. Free parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

1. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, noise should be kept at a reasonable level so as to not disturb the neighbors.
2. Excessive noise, audible beyond the boundaries of the unit, should not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
3. Be respectful of others while using the common elements. Common elements should be left in such a way that they can be easily used by the next person. No common element is for the exclusive use of any one guest or resident.
4. An adult who is currently staying at the Kona Eastwind complex must be present when using the complex amenities.
5. If the common area barbecue grill was used, it must be cleaned off after you are done with it. Close the gas valve completely and once the grill has cooled off replace the cover.
6. Please remove any and all excess sand before returning to the unit.
7. Do not hang anything on the lanai, this includes drying of wet clothing or towels.
8. Open containers of food should be shut tightly or stored in the refrigerator. Bugs are very common in this tropical climate and can be attracted quickly by open food containers.
9. Please do not dispose of inappropriate items or chemicals through the toilet or drains. If a clog is reported and it is found to be caused by improper disposal of household items, the plumbing bill will be charged to you. Emergency rates may apply....
