Blackout drapes help make this a comfortable space for guests to slumber. Brand new Central Air Conditioning installed to help cool you after a sun-soaked day exploring the Valley Isle.
Smart TV in living area and bedroom, cable and Wifi provided. Full sized washer and dryer make for lighter packing on your end. Full kitchen has all you will need to whip up sunset meals in-house, including newer stainless appliances with oven and bonus warming oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. Add to that the onsite, luxury gas grill areas and you’ll never have to make dining reservations. Our beach experiences change from directional currents which can affect the size and appearance of our beach. South swells carry sand back to our beach, while North swells carry most of our sand south narrowing our beach. May to November there is a beautiful sandy beach just a few feet away. During the winter months the beach may be smaller due to the changing tides. At the pool and on the grassy area next to the shoreline. Sunbathe and watch the beautiful sunsets and swim on the beach. Enjoy the Exercise Room and Ping-Pong Table and shuffle board with family and friends. There are barbecue grills near the beach for you to use. In the lobby is a concierge desk that will assist you with your island activities and snorkel gear rental. There is a security guard on property.
Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, The location is prime, right on the ocean in West Maui and is close to all the places you want to visit while here. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, banking, a fresh Farmer's Market, gourmet coffee stores, and more! We enjoyed China Boat and the Fish Market, which has fresh, local fish each day. Lahaina and Kaanapali Beach are short drives. Island Cream Co. in Lahaina has excellent ice cream.

First I would like to say all my conversations with Sullivan Properties were very pleasant and helpful when accommodating our stay.We just were not impressed with Royal Kahana, our room was nicely decorated and a beautiful view.Upon our arrival the staff at Royal Kahana were rude and dismissive, probably because we didn’t book directly through them. We had to ask where our room was, she wasnt telling us and her response was “over there”. We were never told about amenities on the resort. The pool was OK, however there was vomit in it and that didn’t get cleaned up, there were parties in the pool at night and we never saw them during the day, so not sure if they were guests there or not.Overall it is the little things that make the stay a “10”. Of coarse we still enjoyed ourselves on Maui, but unfortunately We would never go back to Royal Kahana, we would rather pay more $ and have a welcoming attitude from staff.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. So clean and comfortable and so very charming. My favorite spot was the balcony, sitting and watching the whales blow and play in the distance and viewing the spectacular sights of the islands of Molokai and Lanai while enjoying my morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail was just heavenly. I didn’t want to leave! Step out right onto the beach from condo and just a 5 min walk to a great little beach bar at (The Sands of Kahana) with great food and cocktails. The hosting property management company was very responsive and attentive to help with anything we needed, as well. Definitely the place we’re staying again if we are blessed enough to return to Maui.
