~ Location, Location, Location: The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 150 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)
~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is also just steps away. They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close & personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming & jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.
The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo).

We needed a spot to rest our heads for one night after messing up scheduling on my behalf. Whoops! I booked with Tracy at the last minute and such a quaint little place! Check in was a breeze and Tracy was so easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean and loved the attention to details (and labeling!)

From the time of booking all the way to checkout, Tracy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She is extremely organized and makes it so easy to find what you need within the condo as everything is labeled. The guide book she provides is a wealth of information. She really went the extra mile with the decor in the condo. It is so welcoming and has everything you need. Just a short walk across the street and through a small park and you are at the ocean! The condo seemed to be in a safe area, and the pool and hot tub were a plus. I would highly recommend this condo for your Maui vacation and would definitely book through Tracy's Tropical Treasures again!

Tracy's property is absolutely adorable! The decor is perfect for a vacay in Maui and there are an abundance of useful amenities including an amazing mattress! Tracy's binder is very thorough and tells you everything you need to know about the property, your surroundings and things to do! It was extremely helpful and she was very pleasant, accommodating and available at all times. Perfect location right across the beach where we seen some sea turtles! Hubby and I are definitely looking forward to booking again next time!

My husband and I stayed at Tracy’s property for our first three nights in Hawai and we couldn’t have made a better choice! The property was very easy to get to from the airport, was very clean, renovated, and had everything you could possibly want. The attention to detail was exceptional. We loved the location, as we were able to get to all parts of the island very easily. Tracy’s communication was excellent and we have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a nice stay in Maui and we would definitely book here again if we return. Thank you for hosting us and we appreciate the hospitality!
