• Our condo features a contact-free keyless entry for safety and ease of use. Each guest is sent their UNIQUE access code within 24 hours of arrival.
• ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, or open flames allowed in the condo or on the lanai, ever.
• Guests have 24 hours from 3 pm check-in to inform us if there is any issue with the cleanliness of the condo for us to remedy the issues at no charge.
• Any mechanical and or other issues with the functionality of the condo will be handled in the most expeditious manner available however given that this is Hawaii, timelines for replacement or repair are not as fast as on the mainland, so thank you in advance for your patience during any issues that may arise.
• Any violation of the house rules for no smoking, no vaping, no open flames, no incense, and no marijuana inside the condo or on the lanai(s) will result in an additional $600 cleaning fee to be charged after departure....

Everything was wonderful with our stay, from our gracious hosts, and their beautiful villa, with all it’s great amenities, to the convenience of the beaches, recreation, restaurants, and shops. We’ll be back!

Quiet, clean, nicely appointed and updated. Aquarium wall was like nothing I’ve seen before! Would definitely return. Owner responded quickly and addressed a very minor issue. Great stay, highly recommended.

Condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The owners spared no expense with upgrades throughout. Hosts were very great to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star place to stay.
