Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a smart television in the living area and a small lanai to enjoy the fresh Hawaii air and the sound of the birds. There is a dining area off the kitchen and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs.
The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and a closet to unpack. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower combination. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart television, and a private bathroom. Soak away the sun in the bathtub or rinse off the salt in the tiled shower.
The Waikoloa Fairway Terrace is located near the Waikoloa Village. There is a fitness center, hot tub, and large pool for guests to use. Enjoy the local restaurants, golf course close by, and much more.

This nice unit located in Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the coast and makes for a great place to stay, especially if you are not interested in staying in a touristy resort location, and don't mind NOT being right on the beach. The unit was clean, well-maintained and came well-equipped, in terms of kitchen amenities, beach towels, additional beach toys/chairs/cooler, etc.

The property is amazing, great to stay, safe neighborhood, great access to places in Big Island.
The only thing is in order to get to building J you need to enter from another gate, after the one that google map tells you to get in.
Just make sure of this. Or else 1) the gate code does not work 2) you some how entered the wrong complex counting from A to H and be confused that J does not exist. lol.
Overall the house were great place, the owner response very fast so we are glad we stayed here.

Overall we had a great stay. Condo is stocked well! It would have been nice (maybe I missed it) to have a list sent out prior to our arrival of what the condo was stocked with. Was a nice touch to have some toiletries already there. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc. Also had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. I do wish there had been an additional 4 of beach towels. Hard to keep them clean and dry before needing them again.
When booking, I missed the fact that the whole unit does NOT have air conditioning. Was a little bit of a shocker on that first night as I am one who likes to sleep with it very cold!! The master room did have a window air condition unit and there were lots of fans, both ceiling fans and stand fans. Took some getting used to but we managed.
All in all a great stay.

Was pleasantly surprised by this update but old "church" with tons of original character, large open 1st floor living area and super convenient location close to the mountain. 8 of us stayed, and there was plenty of room to spare. The host is very accommodable and always just a text away for any needs.
You won't be disappointed.

Clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed rooms welcomed us; the serene view from the windows and the happy twittering from the birds outside helped as well. The majestic tree standing right outside the lanai helped shield most of the sun coming into the unit, thus helping the unit stay cool overall - without the need to use the AC provided in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped - and everything was newer and clean. TV reception was good, internet connection was solid, the keyless door convenient. We did get lost some coming in on the first night - the front gate to this unit is the second one, hiding in the dark behind the first, brightly-lit gate with a big "Fairway Terrace" sign - took us a while to figure that out but after that, it was all good. We had the chance to call the management a few times, and each time they were responsive and courteous. The Village has a supermarket right outside the premises, along with a few tasty takeout places, which made us feel like we could definitely do a staycation during the vacation. Excellent overall; would definitely come back.
