It was so nice to have a central location that was more reasonably priced to stay, and parking nearby (off-site). The property manager was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed having kitchen space, and shower to utilize each night after being out and about during the day. ABC was a few minutes walk away, and plenty to do beyond that or a short drive.

Likes: We appreciated the excellent service from our host, building security, proximity to 5-star hotels, recent renovations, provided beach supplies, and the convenient location near the beach, stores, and food. Extra bonus with the shaved ice stand just downstairs.
Dislikes (out of host control): Waikiki traffic was a nightmare; the area was more crowded and had more homelessness than expected, extending to Honolulu and the beaches. Parking was challenging, with only outdoor spots if the garage was full, which wasn't ideal for the price paid. We understood that we would be staying in the city, however, all windows were old glass slats and there were no drapes to cut out the light and noise. Sleep was often interrupted with next door parking alarms, garbage trucks at 6:30 in the morning, ambulances late at night, honking, and early morning deliveries to the stores below. Light/Noise canceling drapes would have been helpful to limit this.
Dislikes (within host control): We would have preferred the cable maintenance not to occur during our stay, disrupting our plans. Clear instructions on where to stop on the busy one-way street upon arrival would have been helpful, considering the limited space. The overall size of the condo was much smaller than anticipated, especially the shower. A better description would have been helpful.
Overall, we discovered that venturing to the east and north sides of the island provided a welcome escape from our lodging. The areas from Kaaawa to

I absolutely loved my stay here! After spending weeks searching for my ideal vacation spot that matched my wish list (separate 1 bedroom, guaranteed parking, and an actual kitchen) and refusing to support Air BnB, I found this gem. I read the prior, fantastic reviews and knew this was the right place! The space was so comfortable and spacious for me and 2 other guests. The guaranteed parking was such a convenience! Location of the unit so-so because while we were right next to everything, you could hear the street noise quite easily, but it wasn't too bad. But overall, this property seemed like it was the best value I saw in my research and it totally lived up to my expectations! I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay with CC the next time I'm in Hawaii!

Our overall stay was quite good.
Location is close to the main strip and the beach with the parking within a reasonable vicinity.
Paul was very patient in answering all my questions and was also able to accomodate an earlier check-in which made our experience more pleasurable.
The condo itself is very spacious. The only letdown was the bathroom as it was quite small and had lack of mirrors.
The place is equiped for any couple or small family. Would definitely recommend!

Mahalo for the stay. Paul was very helpful with communicating for check in and check out. The location is perfect if you want to stay in Waikiki. If you have a car you will never have to worry about finding parking despite the crowd. The place itself is perfect. Small 1br apt with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. I was able to store my surfboard in the hallway of our place. Best part, shaved Ice right at the elevator. Highly recommend

This flat is ideally located; walkable to everything, be it the beach, restaurants and shopping. In addition, most important to me is the cleanliness for the unit and comfort of the bed, both of which conditions were superbly met. The well equipped kitchen and bath were added bonuses. My wife and I will definitely book this unit on our next trip back to Oahu.
