Located in the ocean-view Lanai Building, your roomy corner unit features sweeping ocean views and is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee and the sound of the waves on your private lanai. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, WiFi, cable TV, a DVD/Blue-ray Player, and beach towels.

This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We are grateful for the well equipped stay at your condominium. My wife and I did enjoy the facilities but getting into the jacuzzi was an issue. There were noticeable young adults that were not staying at this Aston islander establishment that would just jump in the jacuzzi at night not giving us guests a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi unless we jumped in the morning which we did. I strongly recommend you either put a gate around the pool or bracelets for guests to restrict access to the pool and jacuzzi. Also, the noise from the bar can be heard loudly at times in the night which again was the young crowd. We also did not enjoy that.

Loved this place. We have stayed here in a different room twice before. This room has a fantastic view and lanai. No way to really cook much, but that is how all of the rooms here are to my knowledge. It did have a microwave and mini fridge. Small countertop. The property does have a BBQ you can use. We had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. The pool atmosphere here is beautiful with the beach within steps. There were DVD's to watch, Nothing that we cared to watch, but it was nice to have available. Nice to have cable TV and it allowed us to watch the news channel we prefer and some shows as well. A puzzle and books in the end table, which we didn't discover until the last day. Bed was comfortable. Good supply of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The lanai overlooking the pool and the ocean was a great place for breakfast or private happy hour! Many restaurants, stores, and a great walking path are steps away. The AC was great but we really did not need it in March. Parking is easy and near. The complex has beautifully manicured gardens. The few staff we interacted with were very pleasant. Nice pool, hot tub, and bar at the pool. The room was perfectly cleaned and cooled down before we arrived. There is a handy ice machine just below the room on the ground floor. The key is handily stored in a lockbox just outside the door! A caretaker gave us coffee for the coffee maker and a number of snacks. There are currently beach chairs, a boogie board, and a cooler for use. The is a nice map and a list of things to do while visiting. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends coming here in a couple months.

East side makes it easy to get around. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Small pool, tiny hot tub if you’re into that.
Wi-Fi was spotty to say the least.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lovely grounds and the ocean from this condo. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of towels, including beach towels. The "kitchen" was a bit sparsely equipped, but we only used it for breakfast. The toaster was cleverly hidden behind other things under the sink so we didn't find it for several days. The sofa was also very comfortable. This is a fine place for two people.

Loved how close to the hot tub and pool this unit was, we could see when it was busy and wasn't, and being able to see the ocean every day from the balcony. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the info cards on all of the plants. The room was spacious and clean, but we couldn't get comfortable with the stiff pillows, and the whirling from the bathroom fan was really loud. We couldn't figure out the TV but would definitely keep this as an option for our next time in Kauai!

The unit #333 was wonderful. It was a very relaxing experience despite the pool area so kudos to the staff for ensuring that quiet hours were upheld! It was very accessible to everything, pool/hot tub, the Sandbar, Beach, walking path, and the Coconut Marketplace dining and shopping. The location was excellent for getting to nearly everything we saw and did on Kauai.
The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We loved the view from the corner balcony.

This condo was exactly what we needed for 5 days of exploring on Kauai. Comfortable, well equipped (the coffee pot, blender, and assorted cutlery were exactly what we needed for in-room breakfasts and meals!). Super central location - only about 30-45 minutes to the furthest reaches of the north and south coasts. Would definitely stay again!
