This unit has been updated with modern décor and furnishings. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have a comfortable king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and Smart TVs!
You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and AC throughout the condo.
Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that has cherry kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, optimal storage space, and stainless-steel appliances.
Down the hallway, you'll find the convenient washer and dryer. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your stay.
This unit is a 1690 square foot floor plan including an oversized lanai and full window exposure to the ocean throughout the master bedroom and living area.
In addition to direct access to the beach, the Sands of Kahana features two swimming pools, two heated outdoor spas, three tennis courts, two fitness rooms, Restaurant and Bar, several gas Barbecue areas, 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security patrol, a putting green, large koi pond, concierge desk, sea kayak and stand-up paddle board rental onsite. In addition, there are five more restaurants, shops, activities, Whaler General store, gas station, and additional amenities and services all within walking distance.

Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath and beach towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!
Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.

This renovated rental condo was perfect for our week’s stay on Maui. The listing, description and photos are exactly what you can expect. The unit is extremely comfortable, quiet and well appointed (especially the kitchen). There is an excellent amount of space for two people and a comfortable amount of space for 4 people. The primary bedroom can be closed off from the main living area. That is not clearly evident in the listing. There is an impressive series of 4 sliding doors that close the main bedroom off. Closet space is abundant. The view is to die for. The adjacent beach is spectacular! Safe swimming and beautiful sunset views in between Molokai and Lanai. Be aware that this is an older complex that has been renovated, so there are attributes throughout that are reminiscent of its age. In particular, there is no central air conditioning, however a mini-split effectively cools the main living and main bedroom areas. A separate unit cools the second bedroom and that is loud and unpleasant. The Beach House restaurant is convenient, but very casual and pedestrian on fare. The location is perfection and I would definitely stay again!

The condo was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view; we could even see whales right from the room.
The kitchen was stocked well and everything worked.
