Main living area opens up to the pool and covered lanai area giving you a fantastic indoor-outdoor space with multiple seating areas to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather and views. The primary bedroom on the second floor spans the entire width of the home complete with a lanai to enjoy absolutely incredible ocean views. THE BEACH
This home is situated on a very secluded beach with little to no traffic due to the severe lack of public parking on this dead end street. Which means you can enjoy the long stretch of beach and calm ocean with almost no one around all day long giving you a sense of privacy and security for you and your family and friends. This beach is known for its calm shallow waters on the inside that are perfect for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Beyond the shallow inside there is an outer reef with a rideable surf spot right out front, for intermediate to advanced surfers and ocean goers.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is perfectly located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town and Waikiki, but still close enough that you’re only 15 minutes away from all of the shopping and dining and attractions in Honolulu. You are also only five minutes away from all of the shopping centers in Hawaii Kai including Costco, grocery stores, movie theaters, numerous dining options, as well as other beaches and sights, all within minutes of this home. Other activities include snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, hiking trails, golfing and numerous picturesque beaches along the east side of Oahu including world famous Waimanalo beach.
