Oceanfront Mahana Resort #908 - Vacation West Maui

Note from the Association Regarding Planned Construction in This Building (Molokai Tower):

The HVAC outage for the entire building will occur on April 24, 2025 and service is expected to return on July 16, 2025.

Very noisy work (due to roof demolition) will commence on April 28, 2025 and continue for approximately 30 days. There will be other shorter durations of noise throughout the project.

Note there will be periodic outages of water to the units but will be turned back on before the end of the construction day.
The contractor will do its best to provide advanced notice where possible.

**We will provide a portable AC unit in both the living room and bedroom during the construction period. They are not as quiet as the typical central AC system, but should help keep cool. Access to lanai via sliding doors may be impeded by the portable AC sliding door kit required to vent exhaust outdoors.**

Head south from the Mahana on the oceanfront walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes including Duke’s Beach House (5 min walk), Castaway Café (10-15 min walk), Royal Ocean Terrace (15 min walk), Hui Hui (20 min walk) and Whaler’s Village (25 min walk). For a more local’s experience, walk 5 min north from the Mahana into the village of Honokowai, where you will find restaurants, bars with live music, food trucks, the acclaimed Maui Fish Market, shave ice, a grocery store and Slappy Cake’s, considered by many to serve the best pancakes on the island.

· If you have visited the Mahana before, then you already know there is nothing else like it on Maui. It takes oceanfront to a new level; you simply cannot stay any closer to the ocean on Maui. The resort was built in the 1970s and could never be replicated today because of coastal setbacks. Most oceanfront properties are at least 150 ft from the ocean; the Mahana is approximately 30 ft.
