Our Aloha Beach Home is a stunning two-story townhome with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a breathtaking ocean view. It has undergone a complete renovation and is newly furnished, highlighting a contemporary tropical beach house design. The downstairs kitchen, living room, and lanai are open to an expansive greenbelt lined with coconut palms and ocean vistas, the ideal setting to grill, dine, relax, and enjoy the tropical sunshine.

We are thankful that this home, along with 130 other properties on the south shore of Puamana, has safely withstood the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has opened this area of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were rigorously tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. Consequently, we can safely invite guests back to experience our Aloha Beach Home is perfect for surfers, SUPs, divers, kayakers, and ocean lovers, offering direct access to the water and a heated outdoor shower on the lanai. The first main suite upstairs offers a spacious ocean and mountain view deck for sunning and star gazing, an en-suite bath, a personal smart TV, and a top-quality king-sized bed. The second main bedroom also upstairs has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub, a king-size bed with tropical garden views, and a personal smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen-sized custom bed and garden views. It is on the ground floor, with a guest bath outside the bedroom. The split ductless air conditioning, ceiling fans, and quiet double-pane glass windows throughout will quickly cool you and the family after a fun-filled day in the sun.

While the Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the Lahaina fire, their rebuilding plans are underway. Access in this area is currently restricted. However, you will still be able to enjoy the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for. Two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, survived the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away. Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, also survived, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle.

At Puamana, you can unwind in your tropical abode while being just a short distance from the enjoyment of world-class golf, unique shopping, and fabulous dining experiences. The resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua are also within easy reach. Whether planning a leisurely vacation or a working retreat, this is the perfect location to enjoy all that Maui offers.

By choosing to vacation in our Puamana home, you'll enjoy paradise and help rebuild our community by supporting Lahaina’s local businesses.
