We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo in April 2023. It has a beautiful view of a Kona Country Club tee box and we could see the ocean in the distance. The condo was well equipped with a full modern kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. The air conditioning was nice, although it had so many ceiling fans that we rarely needed it. The balcony was amazing to BBQ, play cards, and watch the sunsets. It had one designated parking spot and was a 2 minute drive to a nice grocery store, pharmacy, and shave ice store. It had everything we wanted (although we never did find metal BBQ utensils or the kitchen sink drain plug). We did buy proper beach towels and rented snorkel gear at Jack’s Dive Shop. We learned the hard way that the tennis/pickle ball courts require sign up (especially in the mornings) and that you can not walk to the golf course clubhouse (unless you walk about 20 mins with clubs along the highway). Ultimately, it was very clean and modern and we highly recommended it.
