Lauloa 402 has a central A/C unit, is a 1- bedroom, 1-bath renovated condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This spacious, modern condo will provide you with all the comforts of home. Settle in with comfy furnishings and plenty of space for your family or group to spread out. From the lanai, your ocean view is a front-row seat to watching the humpback whales in whale season, sea turtles, multiple outer islands, sunrises over Haleakala, and beautiful sunsets. We provide a beach chair and beach towel for each guest and a cooler for you to be able to hit the beach right away! Maui's longest sandy beach (Sugar Beach) is just 1/3 mile from the condo. Get there by sidewalk. Or drive and be there in less than a minute. Smart lock with a unique access code for easy self check-in.
