Great property for families or couples. Just be aware that it is a bit off the beaten path so driving to any of the sites we need to allow for some additional time.

We loved everything about our stay at this property. It was easy to book, the owners were great to deal with, they responded to every question quickly, the property was beautiful, the pool was important to us and did not disappoint, the birds in the morning and the frogs at night were fantastic to listen to, and the house fit all of us (7) comfortably. Loved our stay, would highly recommend.

The property is beautiful, we cook most of our meals and the kitchen is work friendly. We spent a lot of time on the patio playing cards and what a view, we could see whales breaching and patio being covered was very comfortable. We are returning next year for another stay!

I can't say enough great things about this place and Juliet as a host. Communication was on point, the pool was amazing and comfortably heated for the winter, the property and landscape was beautiful, kitchen and house had everything we needed to cook, swim, sleep, and bathe. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We struggled to find the house with Google Maps but Waze got us there with no issues. Also keep in mind there's no AC and the windows were kept open (with screens) but we were comfortable for the most part and didn't have any issues with bugs or insects. The house is about 22 minutes from Hilo (9 min drive to the main road and another 13 mins to Hilo city center).
My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and when we left, the kids talked about how much they missed the house and didn't want to leave.

We were absolutely blown away by this house. If I could I'd just move in and stay. Beautiful property and home with an amazing view and access to the coast.

This house has an amazing coastline with direct access but don't expect a beach. We knew what to expect and we were so happy.
Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. Our family loved the pool and the entire property. Thank you so much for making this property available.

Wonderful home on the Honomu coast! My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Brief warm rain showers each day, short walk down to bluff to look at the ocean and watch the sun rise. Saltwater pool, great family room, dining table seats 8 comfortably. 8 miles north of Hilo. Snorkeling at Richardson bay, Loved hiking at Volcano National park.
