We had such an amazing first visit to Hawaii that we will definitely be returning! From the moment we arrived, my 5 & 3 year old felt completely at home. The bunkbeds were perfect for them, and the condo was equipped with everything you could ever need. The parking was a huge bonus and always easy to get a spot & quick in/out privileges. The walk to the kids beach was very short & easy. Extremely walkable to all shops and restaurants. The kids loved the bbq and pool area for swimming and playing in the grass. I would highly recommend a family stay here for so many reasons. Courtney was amazing to deal with, responded quickly, was very friendly, and check in/out was incredibly simple as well. Mahalo!

Courtney’s place was perfect for us. The condo was well stocked and included a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved that parking was included and that we were only a few blocks from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtney's condo. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was stocked with all the amenities- bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, beach stuff and beach towels.The only regret is that was that we couldn't stay longer!

Courtney’s gorgeous condo has been meticulously renovated and exceeded our expectations in every way; clean, well-stocked and with very thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was super comfortable here and I thought it was perfectly suited for a small family, especially with the bunk beds in the bedroom, an available pack & play, beach toys, beach wagon (which was absolutely key to making it down two blocks to Waikiki beach). Nice beach towels, beach chairs & beach umbrella are provided. Kitchen is well stocked and laundry is easily located in the hallway. Pool is lovely with gorgeous dark blue tiling and sea turtle mosaics that my kids got a kick out of. The building’s location is such a highlight, on the nicer end of Waikiki (IMO) and so much is walkable! If you are going to have a car, this condo provides free & convenient parking in the building, which I noticed was not the case in other listings I was considering. If this fits your needs and your dates are available, book it! Experienced traveler here and I highly recommend!

Courtney's condo is at the ideal location for me. Having grown up in Kapahulu, going "home" is visiting family and friends so we avoid the traffic in Waikiki. It is convenient to come and go from this end of Waikiki. The condo is like home: from the kitchen, the quality of the appliances, the full set of dishes, utensils and cookware, down to the toilet paper. There is nothing you need purchase once there. Parking is a huge bonus and it's free, too! The bathroom is super clean with a great toilet and shower. Beds are comfortable. Two tvs to satisfy viewers. Of course the building is dated as most all of Waikiki, but they keep updating it. I appreciate the central air instead of leaking window units. What else can I say? This is the place to stay.

We had the best time visiting Waikiki and this was the PERFECT condo for us. The built in bunk beds worked perfect for my 2.5 year old which allowed me to bring a little less luggage :) The bottom bunk was very low to the ground so perfect for a first time toddler in a “big kid” bed. The unit is gorgeously remodeled and super clean. We have had family stay in other units in the building and have said there has never been as nice of a place as this one. Courtney was great to work with and would respond within minutes. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future!

We loved Courtney’s condo! It was clean and spacious and fully equipped. So many great extras - a tray of goodies, Brita pitcher, soft sided cooler with ice packs in the freezer, fresh coffee and filters, nice kitchen equipment, salt, pepper and cooking oil, comfy king bed, beach accessories, great location. Was just like the pictures depicted! Would stay there again ❤️

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 8 & 5) stayed in this apartment for a week while visiting family in Honolulu. It was the perfect place for us. The kids loved the bunk beds and we went down to the pool at least twice every day. We used the gym and BBQ facilities as well which were great amenities. We were able to have about 8 of our family members over for a BBQ one evening and having the outdoor space to eat was really useful. The home was well equipped with all the things we might need. We really appreciated how many towels were provided and how close the laundry and trash rooms were (right next to the room in our hallway). Everything was clean and comfortable and easy. And the views to the mountains were gorgeous. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (beach, aquarium, restaurants, shopping) but the parking garage was really convenient as well since we had rented a car. Could not recommend this home more for a small family stay in Waikiki.

My husband and I loved this property! The host, Courtney was amazing! She text me the night before to see if we needed an early check in and accomadated us since we had a early flight in. Then she left an amazing gift basket for our anniversary with a sweet note. The condo had everything we needed. We were able to find parking every night in the parking garage. It was nice to have free parking! Thank you for a wondeful stay!

This condo was amazing. If I am ever in the Waikiki area again, I would 100% stay here again. The condo is well thought out...everything you need is in the condo. From top of the line kitchen appliances, to wine glasses, to makeup remover towels, to kitchen gadgets like blenders and rice cookers. She even gives you access to a vacuum if you end up tracking in any sand from the beach. This condo really has it all. I was impressed with the quality of the sheets, towels and the availability of 2 boogie boards and 3 beach chairs for beach days. Courtney even left a tray of goodies upon arrival which my kids devoured upon check in. As other reviews mentioned, do not let the older hallway or the parking lot dissuade you from staying here. Those were the only negatives which have really nothing to do with the condo itself. My advice is if you do get a car, try to get a smaller one but we did just fine with a van. The free parking was absolutely amazing for the area and with everything walking distance, we did not take it out often during our stay. Highly, highly recommend this condo!
