This property is amazing. The pool and view of the golf course is fantastic. We even got to see a hole in one from the pool. The sinos sound system was great. Communication with the management company was great and helpful. thsupplies we needed t s great.

Stayed at this property in 2022. Loved it so much brought the family back this year. House is still great. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to multiple beaches. Amazing backyard and pool. Hope to be back again next year.

House was beautiful in a beautiful setting. Pool was a little cool but kids loved it. Hot tub was great. Cookware was not the best. We did use the griddle on the stove top. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our multi family group.

We visited the island in July and stayed for 5 nights. We were a party of 8-all family- and had an amazing time. The home is well appointed, located in a great neighborhood and close to beaches/shops. We adventured most days and also spent a lot of time in the backyard-swimming and playing cards; the perfect outdoor setup. I highly recommend booking this beautiful home for your next trip as you won’t be disappointed. Sad to leave but we will definitely be back next year.

Hale Ho'oli is a gorgeous property with an unbelievable view and the perfect setup for a family vacation. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed. At times it was even difficult to leave the property and explore the island because the home has a breathtaking view. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms provided a great setup for our large family. The Wailani Kauai concierge service even provided us with an excellent recommendation for a chef for a birthday celebration. The house is a short walk to the Kukuiula shops and short drive to Po'ipu Beach. We can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this house for 1 month and had several different people come and go throughout that time. Every single person absolutely loved it there. No one wanted to leave. The house set up is perfect, the swings outside were heaven. We loved eating outside on the beautiful wood table and sitting under the gazebo at the counter and watching the golfers and chickens! The neighborhood was so beautiful with the greens and flowering shrubs and flowers, and was close to Koloa Town annd Poipu Beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature and the hot tub. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t love about Hale Ho’oli.

The home was clean and setup well for our crew of 6 adults, two children and two infants. The pool was just the right size and depth for kids. The outdoor lanai and pavilion were great for cooking, eating and relaxing. The only negatives are as follows. The pots and pans are old, worn, and not up to the quality you would expect from a rental like this. Unfortunately a few of the king beds are also worn out and in need of replacement. The air conditioner in the adu was broken and a noisy temporary unit was installed without notice. The pool equipment was very noisy and was a nuisance when sitting outside. The location is a 3-7 minute drive to beaches, shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very accommodating for large family or guests. Provide foil and plastic wrap or more containers with lids for food storage. Also pots and pans need to be updated. When you stay at a luxury house the kitchen wares should be upgraded as well. Also instructions on turning on the hot water or turned on prior to arrival.
