This area is definitely on the sunnier side of Hawaii! It's less crowded, not that there's a lot of traffic anywhere, but it was easy to get around, and every beach we visited had lots of room. Love that you don't have to pay for parking anywhere. The condo was fully equipped and very comfortable - loved the king size bed! Enjoyed the use of an Air Fryer too! The pool area is lovely, even piped in Hawaiian music to relax to! We will definitely stay here again, might make it an annual trip.

We really enjoyed our time. The property is stocked with everything we could have needed. I don't know if we'll ever get back there, but if we do, we would love to stay there again. There were no maintenance or other issues. There was good support by text from (I suppose) the owners; Vacasa quickly gave us an answer that we needed by phone (the door code was incorrect—not a big deal and quickly resolved) but was slow to respond by text, even though the phone system really pushed the text option on us and insisted that it was just as fast as speaking to a live agent. I gave 5 stars for "accuracy of listing," but a lanai is, by definition, enclosed. This property did not have a lanai by that definition. The porches are both open. I would suggest adding one or two wastebaskets around the condo. This is not a complaint, just a preference for a minor improvement. Thanks for a great time!

This condo was amazing! Everything we needed for a great vacation. We prepared all our meals at the condo and BBQ’d at the Community area. Loved the pools and the pool table was an added bonus!

Being familiar with the the Paniola Greens because I have stayed there about 30 of the jast 40 years, it was great to bse back there. The unit was very nice with only a few small items which I phoned in to the number given me. The garbage disposal was stuck and there is no wrench to turn the rotors....got one from PG maintenance. Ice maker does not function and there is no lock on the master bathroom doom to tub and toilet. May come back next year.

3 Grand kids. Daughter and wife has a great time at this location. House was as advertised all stocked and TVs wifi am functional. Washer dryer and fully stocked kitchen.
