Golf balls come close to the home from the course and driving range. The owner is not responsible for incurred injuries or damages.

This place is amazing and everything I want out of a vacation home. Wonderful view of the sunset, on the golf course, walking distance to shops and restaurants! There is a pool and hot tub on the property with nice layout chairs. Very family friendly, yet quiet enough for a romantic getaway! The people who work there are super helpful and kind as well. There is also a convenient store to the right that has the basics, along with the best shaved ice I’ve ever had at the scuba shop. I really enjoyed staying here and plan on booking again. I will miss the couch! I loved the furniture and set up inside the house as well; super comfy for a lounge day!

We are so thankful to have stayed here again. We’ve stayed here 4 times and can never imagine experiencing Maui anywhere else. We have friends that have had ocean front rooms, but we prefer being here in this condo as it feels like home and then some. Need beach chairs, a cooler, laundry, etc? All here. Very nice, spacious, clean accommodations. Can’t wait to return. And the front office came by to give us local coffee and treats and toiletries/ laundry detergent was provided. And a hair straightener and curling iron is there too. :) 10 out a 10. Thank you to the owners. True Maui experience.

This condo is laid out really nice. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Excellent location- walk to beaches and shopping. Beautiful, large lanai to enjoy morning coffee and meals. All amenities work very well (a/c, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances). I would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo is laid out really nice. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Excellent location- walk to beaches and shopping. Beautiful, large lanai to enjoy morning coffee and meals. All amenities work very well (a/c, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances). I would definitely rent this condo again.

This property is managed by Vacasa. When my niece checked in, the apartment was ia complete disaster - furniture scattered all over, tables on top of other tables, cushions stacked up everywhere, 2 inches of dust on everything. The fridge had not been cleaned out, the previous guest's clothes where in the washer/dryer (dirty clothes in the washer and the dryer was ful of lint and sand and presumably clean clothes from the preious guest). There was pee in one of the toilets. There was no bed linens, no towels, basically worse than 'not ready' for us. It was as if they had shampooed the carpets 2 weeks prior and closed the apartment up when they were done and never came back to put the apartment back together. Even after it was 'cleaned', there was still dirty clothes in the washer and the dryer was not emptied. The whole apartment smelled so strongly of mold and mildew I questioned if we should stay, but we were exhausted from the stress and the poor customer service by Vacasa - they did finally find us another condo but for only 2 days of our 6, so we moved 3 times in 2 days and were moved back into that horrible smelly condo - not a vacation. I still have not spoken to a Vacasa customer support person about this experience despite sending an email with photos and multiple texts and negative reviews. What will it take for someone at Vacasa to care enough about this situation and do something positive for us?
