Renovated from top to bottom this property offers all the elegance of modern fixtures with a tropical surrounding. Ka'anapali Royal is perfectly situated just minutes from some of the best beaches in Hawaii - world famous Ka'anapali Beach, Black Rock & more - and is walking distance from Whalers Village.

Your Maui Villa is located within the gated community of Ka'anapali Royal! You are greeted as you walk in with a spacious open floor plan that welcomes you into the heart of the home - the elegant kitchen with oversized island and plenty of seating for the whole group! The kitchen boasts expansive golf course views and is fully equipped with everything you will need including an additional beverage refrigerator for all your favorites!
Enjoy unobstructed views as you open up the doors to the lanai and take in the best weather on the planet! The fully opening doors allow you to live as the locals do with indoor/outdoor living. There is nothing better than kicking back and enjoying the tradewinds of Maui from your private luxury condo. The kitchen opens up to a dining area and spacious living room with large flat screen TV. The oversized lanai has a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.
Each floor has it's own private suite! The first floor bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, room darkening shades and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower.
The second floor suite features incredible views from the comfort of your queen size bed, twin size bed and pullout sleeper sofa with smart TV and beautiful en suite bathroom. The oversized shower is a dream come true after a long day in the sun! Room darkening roller shades make for the perfect end to the day as you head off to bed.
Ka'anapali Royal is a gated resort style community with sports court for tennis, pickle ball or basketball. Your villa is located a 1 minute walk to the sports court and the large swimming pool and hot tub located in the heart of the complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. We have stayed at Kaanapali Royal several times before, and this was by far the nicest and most 'complete' condo we've had by far. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very responsive to a couple very minor and unforeseeable issues that popped up. We look forward to staying here again!

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying in this condo! It exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Caitlin and Brandon were exceptional hosts, providing excellent communication both before and during our stay. The cleanliness of the condo was top-notch, and the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The amenities truly had everything we needed and more. We were truly impressed with every aspect of our stay. Both our younger children and teens loved it as well! We strongly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

We had a great time here. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The large Lanai was a great place to relax after a fun day on the island. Walking distance to Whalers village and the beach, we would definitely come again!

This place was as advertised: clean, close to the beach (1 mike walk) and updated. We loved sitting on the porch and cooking on the outside grill. Downside is there is no ocean view but that was as advertised. The view of the golf course is nice though. We’d stay here again.
