First off we never received how to check in. We did not arrive to the island until 5pm so there should have been some communication. Nothing telling you to check in with Cliffs management. Read other reviews because they are accurate. I was hoping they would have fixed what complaints others had made but they have not. The blinds do not really work. The light over the table did not turn on. The tv in the living room had lines through the picture. The tv in the bedroom did not have a cable box. The dishwasher did not have any dish washing detergent. I contacted the host multiple times and never heard back. There was no fitted sheet for the pull out bed so bring your own. There was no dustpan in the condo. If you have to sleep in the pullout the light from the outside is so bright it lights up the whole living room. An easy fix would be to put a curtain up for the property owner. There are many east fixes that should be done. I would check around for other properties before booking this one.

This property is in a great location, and the Cliffs complex has great amenities.
A deep clean and some paint would go along way for this place.
I wish the property manager would have told us to check-in at reception to get a parking pass and a pool key. We ended up figuring this all out ourselves. Luckily our car didnt get towed.

Great location, great property! The location was great. The pool was awesome. We would stay again if the unit were in better condition. The condo itself could use some work. The faucets and shower heads are terrible. The blinds are in awful condition and offer no privacy at all. There was a lack of communication between the property owner and the property which made check-in complicated, it took over an hour to get things figured out. There was a dead cockroach in the bathtub and it was very dusty, it looked as though it had not been used in an extended period of time. The dishwasher is not attached to the cabinets and there was no dishwasher soap provided. Boogie boards were provided however they did not have anything to attach to your body so they would be easily lost at sea so we did not use them. With a little love, this place could be great!
