Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered. ...

We truly enjoyed the full equipped flat, which was furnished in a modern and appealing way. Very comfortable king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, great Lanai and super view to yacht harbour. Great that we could use the pool. Short way to lagoon, beach or city. Great surrounding with super bars and restaurants.

It over all a great stay. Good location and the view was great from the balcony. My only complaint were the elevators. Part of the time they weren’t working and we had to walk upstairs. They had hotel staff monitoring them only allowing a few people at a time.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. The room was updated and full of everything you would need to make yourself at home. We enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets. The elevators were usually crowded as there is one main area. Our host always responded to our emails promptly. I would stay here again.
