***Whaler Tower 1 will undergo spalling repairs and painting throughout Fall 2024 - Spring 2025. Whaler 223 is currently scheduled to be affected from 12/9/24 to 2/25/25. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause noise during working hours and will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). 4/16***
