The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This space was plenty big for 3 people with complete amenities and two amazing patios—the top floor has a great view! It was also extremely clean, with close parking and in a very quiet neighborhood. Also within walking distance of swimming areas and shops.

This property is a very good place to stay. The view of the ocean is outstanding. it says it has air conditioning, but it only has it in the bedrooms, not the living room. It gets hot in the summer and the fans did not cool the living room enough.
It has a washer and drier. However, the drier takes 3+ hours to dry your clothes. We had a medium sized load on the day we were leaving, and put the clothes in the drier 2 hours before our check out time. At 9:45am it still said over an hour left. I called and asked for a one hour extension so we would not have to travel with wet clothes. I explained how long the drier was taking, but was denied and told I had to be out at 10am. This was completely unaccommodating, especially since the cleaning service did not show up until after 11am...we only know because we had to get our clothes dry. Other than that, the place is clean, the views are incredible and I would recommend staying there.

Excellent location and well maintained property. It’s close approximately to several popular beaches and restaurants. The two lanais have great ocean views. The owners have it equipped with everything one needs. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Location was perfect. We ate out on the deck every night. It was wonderful. Beautiful view and breeze. Amenities were spot on. Nice beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, towels umbrella, etc. Pool is 50 feet away and beach is a hop/skip+jump with a cool cliff hike. Minutes to all the Poipu fun. If you love sushi, the poke in the supermarket next to Da Crack is incredibly fresh, authentic and amazing. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this place. Only caveat is that there is no air conditioning for living room and kitchen area. AC in bedrooms worked well. We were here the first week of April, so it didn't make a difference.
