This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.
Enjoy mountain views from this 2-bd/1-ba home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 4 guests. One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV; and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Shared driveway with the neighboring main home (1 vehicle maximum for this guest house). We are pleased to offer this vacation rental after a recent change in management.

We recommend enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.
For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).

This was an excellent find. It took a while searching through the properties, but this turned out to be wonderful. It is a lovely guest house with all the amenities. It is close to a shopping center and the beach. My wife was getting her Scuba certification at Seaport Divers, which was a 15-minute walk. (Also, it's a great place!) It is only a 10-minute walk to shopping and restaurants and 6 miles from Koloa Village, which you should visit during your stay. Full-size washer and dryer, great kitchen, and fully air-conditioned for those days with no breeze and hot. Well-stocked home. Anyway, we will rent again!

This was a perfect place for our stay of 5 days in Poipu. Nearly new. Sparkling clean. Very attractive. Close to the beaches and little shops, in a lovely neighborhood. Loved the way the many windows caught the breezes so we didn't use the AC once the whole time.

Our time in Koloa wasn’t what we expected. The island and especially Koloa experienced a huge rain storm that dropped over 14 inches of rain the weekend of our stay. Our cottage remained dry which was a huge relief! We were able to do a couple of hikes during the day as the rain fell mostly at night. We had one day of rain that kept us indoors. We spent that day relaxing at the cottage and making our own meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that is needed plus extras. We especially enjoyed making our own smoothies with fresh fruit. The air conditioner was not used as it was unusually cool due to the rains. There are many restaurants in the area as well.

We stayed for three nights at the beautiful Akualani cottage. The cottage was just as advertised. It feels very new and clean. We really enjoyed afternoons on the outside porch that picks up the wonderful Poipu breezes. The cottage is very well equipped and check in was super smooth. Highly recommended!

This place is so adorable and very clean. I was also very impressed with how well stock the kitchen amenities are. The only complaint that I have is that someone came and opened the garage on our last night while we were going to sleep for our early departure the next morning. The main bedroom is directly on top of the garage so I was startled when the I heard the door opening unexpectedly.

Our stay was great! It was 2 adults and our 2 teen children. The place was easy to find, very clean, great location. First night we tried the blender and it was broken, easy to communicate with staff and the next day we had a new blender waiting for us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

A great home base for all of our adventures! Light and bright and good a/c and celing fans. Comfy bed and kitchen is great. Beach chairs and cooler and washer/drier all so helpful. Check in info via email and early info provided all very professional. Note it's a bit smaller than the wide angle photos make it seem, but it doesn't matter because you come here to see stuff, not lay around!
