- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.

This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

We enjoyed our stay. Great views of the mountains and the ocean! The house was very clean and had almost everything. The management was very responsive. There wasn't a cooler as pictured and the upstairs bed was very hard. We were able to purchase a cooler and mattress topper and they reimbursed us. The mattress topper made the upstairs bed comfortable. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The basketball and foosball table in the garage were fun for all and they had the basics for going to the beach which made it nice.

The home is beautiful, as shown in the pictures provided. However, the location is not ideal. The description states that the property is in a gated community however its only gated on one side. The beaches that are stated as six minutes away are full of homeless shelters and garbage, certainly not safe for families. We were advised by locals not to park at those beaches for fear of theft and to keep the house doors locked at all times. Also, we rented a second rental unit in the same neighbourhood (prior to travelling to Hawaii) and contacted VRBO stating that we didn't feel safe and that the description misinformed us, that we wanted to cancel the booking giving two weeks notice, but they wouldn't refund us. We weren't willing to put our family's safety in jeopardy and left the premises. We had to pay for both rental units and book a hotel without notice, which cost us dearly, but we didn't want to ruin our once in a lifetime family vacation to Hawaii. We spoke with people that were renting the adjacent property, they too felt the same way we did. I wouldn't use VRBO as a platform for renting vacation units unless you know for sure the area that you are going to.

House is perfect setup for vacation. New and floorplan for comfort. Great views front and back. Open air with windows and great kitchen. Minutes from beach and rest of west side. Quiet and peaceful. Really an all time fave in terns of lodging.

We had a wonderful stay. Great accommodations for a multi generational family. We appreciated the beach items. Having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath was very helpful for 5 people. Awesome neighborhood with super sweet neighbors.

This is far away from most of the usual popular places, and as such is nice and quiet in a gated community. Exactly what we were looking for. The house had some beach essentials in the garage, and everything we needed for some simple meals. We had no issues to reach out to management during our stay but the team checked in on us and was very quick in their replies. Would stay again.

The home is brand new, so it shows like a model. Well appointed with all the creatures of comfort. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a seamless transition. Nice touch with the bottled waters, coffee, creamer and olive oil at your disposal. There are AC units in each bedroom and the living area if needed, we did run them occasionally, nice to have.
It is situated in a gated community, and other properties are under construction so theres the chance of noise, but not that bad.
Once the lawn gets installed you will find no reason nor excuse not to visit, well worth it.
Communication with property manager was excellent and response time was almost instantaneous.
You will not be disappointed...
