This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 or more consecutive days or more at any one time “Questions contact owner.”
Entire 4 bedroom/2 bath single family. Large lanai outdoor living space where you can relax or enjoy an outdoor movie night. Large private yard with an outdoor shower, pool, pool lounges, and yoga mats.
Executive kitchen equipped w/ Thermador appliances, 2 full-size kitchen sinks, and white quartz countertops on top of custom-designed stained concrete ocean blue floors. You will have everything to cook amazing meals at home as a break from the amazing local restaurants.
Sleep in comfort! Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have high-end mattresses and linens and 4th bedroom/office has a fold-out twin topper ideal for children / small for an adult.
Beach towels, umbrella, cooler, and beach chairs are provided.

Other things to note
By making a reservation, you are confirming you and your group accept the house rules. Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in additional fees or even removal from the property with no refund for the balance of the guests' stay.
- No parties or events allowed. This is NOT the house for rambunctious family reunions, club meetups, celebrations, or parties. If guests are found to have had a party or event without the owner’s prior permission, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
-Please keep noise to a minimum 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. If this rule is violated, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
-Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the property. A violation of this House Rule will result in the immediate removal of all unregistered guests and visitors from the property without a refund.
-There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
-Eating should be kept to dining areas or the lanai. Guests will be charged for repair and/or replacement costs for all stains in the living room, bedrooms bedding, or towels.
-Dispose of all food or drink in the available trash cans. The garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If the garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guests, the guests will be charged for repair and/or replacement costs. If the amount of trash exceeds what can be contained in the trash cans, guests are responsible for removing the trash such as to the Waimanalo Convenience Center.
-We are an energy-conscious home. With Hawaii at only 30% renewable energy and exorbitant energy costs, we ask that you turn off the ACs and lights when not needed. Guests will be charged a fee up to ...
