No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

I stayed with my 88 year old Tutu (grandmother) to see family on Oahu. The location is great, right next to the beach, and right in Waikiki close to everything. Parking lot nearby worked out great also. There were a few minor issues that made the stay less than ideal. Access to actually get to our rooms involved a key card and an actual key to access the elevator, which made leaving and cooking back to the room a slight process. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, and one of the blinds was broken allowing the sun to shine into my eyes early in the morning. Overall, for the price point, the stay was acceptable.

Nice location. Clean. Sofa bed was not usable (broken frame). this was frustrating, as one of us planned to sleep on it, and had to sleep only on the couch. Prior guests' clothing in drawer. No response from manager after first day.

This place is well stocked, clean and a great place for half the price of the embassy suites next door. The parking www convenient, we felt safe and the place had everything we needed. We will be back.

This is an older property, at times a little noisy with being so close to the street. But…. We loved our stay!!!! Again it’s an older property with some wear but it was SUPER CLEAN, it had everything we needed for our stay, the service provided ( we contacted our “contact” for the rental a couple of times with some questions & requests) they responded in person almost immediately!!!! I was super impressed & they were super helpful & delightful!!! We picked this condo because of location & price point and we were very happy!!!

My stay at the Capetan Cook apartment was enjoyable. It's well-equipped with everything you need, and I particularly appreciated the kitchen. However, the absence of a balcony or any view gave it a confined feeling. The bathroom is quite small, which might be challenging for individuals with larger body sizes.

Our stay at the property was great. The location is fantastic and the home itself was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The bedroom can get warm as the A/C doesn’t reach there but there is a fan and window which worked well for us.
We also appreciated having the parking included. The lot is a very short walk from the property. Beach, restaurants, and shopping are all in close proximity. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay....with the apartment exactly how pictured on the website (modern, clean and well-appointed with essentials). The pull-out sofa is best for children to sleep on. Parking was easy to get to as well.
Great location - all walking distance to the beach or shopping/restaurants nearby by (do try the delicious, shaved ice on the ground floor). Paul was great to work with at check in and available via phone when required.

We stayed here while moving our son into uh manoa. The place was clean and communication was good. Area is also close to everything. Only downside is there is a loading dock right next to it and there can be noise early so if you're a light sleeper that could be a little annoying but otherwise all good!
