We loved our stay at this property and while I was drawn in by the pictures I don't think they fully do the property justice. The pool/grill area was much nicer than we expected and our teens loved spending time there when the beach got windy in the late afternoons. I also wasn't expecting to view the water from the patio but you could see the water and palm trees over the dunes and have beautiful sunset views by taking a few steps to the beach or just relaxing outside the slider doors.
The condo was clean and comfortable, and hosts answered our questions quickly. We barely had to use the AC, but it was nice to have it available. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/supplies and there was plenty of beach equipment for a nice day by the water just a short walk away through the property. The condo complex was quiet, people were friendly, and while there were other people around we often had the pool mostly to ourselves.
The other thing we loved was the location. Just a short drive from the busier beaches and shopping area in Kihei, it was nice being a little further north where things were quieter. Then just a couple blocks away is the Azeka shopping area with multiple delicious restaurants and all the conveniences you could ask for. The hosts have a great binder full of restaurant recommendations and suggestions for local activities. We were also only 10 minutes from the Kihei boat ramp where we had booked a snorkel adventure. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome place to stay while in Maui! It was large enough for our family of 5, with grill station, pool and beach access. It was close enough to all the restaurants and stores and sightseeing as well. This place has beach access too! We will be back again!

Our stay was just perfect. We travelled with our two daughters and my mom. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, and the beach. Good central location, so close to the beach, really quiet and very comfortable. The owner Adam was easy to deal with and responsive. Highly recommend and we'd stay here again.

Overall it was not what we expected based on the previous reviews. We had stayed at the same property in the past, just in a different unit and we all really like the grounds and neighborhood. Despite being a newly listed rental when we booked, it's already a bit beat up with chipped glasses and furniture, and the area around the refrigerator floor was dirty with debris. I couldn't keep my feet clean in the unit because either the large jute type rug or the floors were not clean - we were shoe free inside. The ice maker didn't work and we didn't bother to reach out as it was clear from all the leftover ice and ice trays it was a known issue. They had a weird replace the food request that left us confused as they had left out a bowl of treats but we weren't sure if we were supposed to refill that and buy a new container of salt when we used up the tiny remaining amount of salt we found.
Our friend who used one of the twin beds said they were very uncomfortable, however the master bed was perfect for my husband and I. The children's room had the closet filled with beach gear and almost impossible to get into as it was blocked by one of the beds so everything was thrown in there haphazardly. We did not expect to have an ocean view, and that was a lovely surprise.
Owner was also lighting fast to respond and send someone out to fix the only issue we had when the bathroom faucet fell off the wall and landed on our friend's foot during a shower.

It was wonderful, there was a wee hiccup when we arrived but is was quickly sorted. the only thiing I would say is that contact phone numbers for the owners need to have the area code on them as well as we had trouble contacting the owners for a start until we got help from a local

We enjoyed this property and the unit. It was FULLY equiped. It had everything we could have thought of, and more in the kitchen. And lots of helpful things for kids including sand toys, plastic dishes, books, etc.
The complex was great. Close to the beach but didn't feel like we were staying in a large place with lots of people.

We had a great time at this condo. Location was great, central for driving but also easy to walk to some places in town. Great beach gear selection. The beach is nice to walk along but not great for swimming compared to other beaches as it was murky water but perhaps that was because it had rained a lot and muddied up the water. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We loved this condo! The location is perfect. So close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The sunsets can’t be beat! The beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floaties etc. were awesome! We loved that we didn’t have to pack anything for the beach. Our kids loved the books, games and puzzles as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone!
