Our family had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. The property manager was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in paradise!

we give this property an overall five star.
The owners go beyond to provide a superiorly stocked unit.The interior and furnishing were so immaculately clean.
The neighborhood pool is gorgeous and nice sized and is just steps away from the unit.
The resorts beach is further than a minutes walk. Most folks would require taking a car up to the beach if you are taking anything more than a towel. Beach access parking is provided. The snorkeling at the resort is not spectacular by any means. The beach does get crowded but does provide ample chase lounges.
Turtle Bay is a great location in general for North Shore accessibility to food trucks, snorkeling ,diving and shopping.Sharks Cove & 3TableTops arethe premier diving and snorkeling sites on the North Shore are just 15 min away!
A few weak links to be mentioned are;
Tiny coffee drip maker
Can get a bit noisy at times with upstairs unit directly above.
The in window air conditioner which is in the bedroom smells very musty when in use. The mustiness brought on an allergy reaction I didn’t even know I had. I found the 3 out of the five days we were there to be fighting a reaction to the mustiness order when the unit was on.
In all fairness the property whom which we had stayed at the previous 7 days had the same issue.
Experiencing 2different property’s over a 2 week stay on the island Knowing what I know now I would have booked this property for my entire stay.

This ground level condo was a perfect place for a North Shore vacation. The location on the edge of the golf course was open, peaceful, and beautiful. Although not right on the beach, it was only a very short walk to the water. The condo was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in lanai. We loved sitting there for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Mahalo to David for having everything ready for our arrival, and for making the rental process so easy. We hope to be able to return one day.

This condo was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Perfect size for us two and our 11 year old. Dishwasher and washer/dryer was a plus and great view of the golf course! Also loved that the resort had a restaurant in walking distance. Would stay here again!

View of the golf course was pleasant and relaxing. It was an easy walk to the beach or the resort.
The kitchen was well stocked with some staples left for our use.
A few bugs, but hey, it's the tropcs.
We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this great unit at Kuilima East. Very clean, well laid out and appointed. Easy walk to the beach at Turtle Bay Resort, access is easy and the pool is very close to this unit as is the parking. David was very prompt on all communication.

This property was in such a great location on the North Shore for everything we wanted to do. The condos are older but in good shape. This unit has been remodeled but the age of the place shows in a few spots. The pool is just a few steps from the unit which is very convenient. There are nice walking trails around the golf course and the beach is about a 7-10 minute walk. It was super convenient that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, a few snorkel masks, and a cooler. Taking all that over though, it’s just more convenient to drive over and park in the lot. And if you don’t want to go to the Turtle Bay Beach you have your choice of many more options within a 10-15 minute drive. It’s a gorgeous area. The pull out bed that my son slept on was probably more comfortable than the mattress in the bedroom. It was very firm. And the master bath is very small but it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us. I wouldn’t stay with 4 adults. It’s just too small. You could get away with 2 adults and 2 small children but I would say it suits 2-3 adults best. The back screen was broken and didn’t close all the way so we couldn’t use the back door and please note; there is no central A/C! There is a wall unit in the master bedroom but nowhere else. It was breezy and cool during our stay so it worked out perfectly but I would not stay in the dead of summer. It’s just too humid. All in all I would stay here again, just not during the summer.

The ease, professionalism, care, and beauty of this property is outstanding. The condo was very clean, we could hear the ocean with the back sliding door open, and David was an outstanding host. We appreciate everything and will definitely be back. A big Mahalo to the entire team of this property!

We stayed in this condo for 10 nights. It was a great "home base" for all the things we wanted to do on Oahu. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, loved the gated entrance, washer & dryer very modern, two bathrooms were great to have. Felt safe, but would still recommend a bar on the patio door (Chicago people!) The food trucks were amazing since there are not a lot of food choices on the North Shore. David answered our two questions promptly. Which was amazing. Close to Turtle Bay Resort. We did some lunch and dinners there, plus a kayak tour to see the turtles. Honolulu is quite the drive, but we would stay on the North Shore any time. Beaches are AMAZING. All in all, we were very happy here, and we rent from VRBO all over the U.S.
