The condo has had a complete remodel top to bottom. Custom bathrooms, new kitchen, office, new appliances, window coverings, flooring and so much more.
This spectacular two bedroom, two-bath condominium provides you with everything for an absolutely memorable vacation! Ocean views from both bedrooms. (The Primary BR has SHOJI-Screens screens for privacy and allowing you to open it up during the day for a more open floorpan.)
The unit boasts million dollar views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch dolphins frolic and enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and giant sea turtles have also made an occasional appearance. Just be sure to give them space and don’t touch. We have E- bike rentals in front of the complex and the famous free Kona trolley to get you around town.
Beach gear with chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment and cooler are included.
Please note, the way this condo is situated it has excellent cross breeze and AC is not really needed. The condo has overhead fans but no central air conditioning. This is to keep the rental fees reasonable for our guests. We are on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

It was private and very comfortable for the 4 of us. I got to sleep in the master with my great granddaughter in a very comfortable bed. The pool is heated so teaching my ggkid swim lessons was fun and she did so good. We stayed at the same complex but different unit. It was very nice but we felt more at home here

Great stay right on the ocean! Beautiful views and listening to the ocean crash onto the rocks below was amazing. Convenient to most everything. We walked into town once(about 15 minutes) but otherwise drove to snorkeling spots, farmer's markets, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All pretty close. The pool on property was comfortable and a nice option if you just wanted to cool off quick. It is warm in the area and while there isn't any AC, there are plenty of fans and the ocean breeze blows through the condo. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The location and ocean views cannot be beat. The ocean is so close that it looks like the lanai is sitting just above the crashing waves. We slept so well each evening with the ocean breeze and sounds. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. We also loved the comfy beds and walk-in showers. The unit does not have air conditioning however, it does get a great cross breeze with windows and doors open. We are so glad to have found this little gem for our long weekend hop over to the Big Island.

We loved our stay in this unit. Bed were comfy, everything spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was provided. Great communication from the owners.
We could have sat on the balcony all day enjoying the beautiful views and the spinner dolphins passing by, except there were so many other amazing things to do nearby like swimming with incredible manta rays.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfection. The location was ideal, the condo had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous- we enjoyed seeing dolphins and whales. I will miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.

Betsy was a great host that accommodated our unexpected early arrival. Your room would be less close to the ocean on a cruise ship. Great spot to explore south of Kona. Great value on the big island.

Beautiful place, nicely appointed, perfectly situated for whatever you want to do on the Big Island... head North or South for a day trip? Or just hang out at the salt water pool. The furnishings and decor are lovely. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially the great views of the ocean. Nice soothing surf was soothing during the night. The beach supplies were an added bonus as well. Would definetly come back to this place again!
