A beautiful 4000 square foot home in the most affluent gated neighborhoods in Hawaii. The subdivision is full of multimillion dollar Homes and is 24/7 gaurded and secured. The back yard with indoor outdoor kitchen overlooks the pacific ocean with beautiful Hawaiian Sunsets. This luxury home is appointed with a beautiful bean shaped pool, hot tub, samsung, kitchenaid and thermadore appliances, an opening wall allowing the indoor kitchen to connect with the outdoor kitchen. A large 6 burner Jenn-air BBQ.
Wifi cable internet covering the whole home. The house has 2 master suites and can easily sleep 8-12 people. Every bedroom has a beautiful stone bathroom attached. It is located 3 min from shopping, 5 minutes from Kona Ocean golf course and Mountain course. 5 minutes from kayaking snorkeling and some of the best coffee farms in Kona.

It is 2 minutes to main rd of the island that connects to Waipo Valley, Mona loa Observatory, Hilo and Volcano national park.

The home is professionally managed and has a dedicated pool maintenance person, a dedicated property manager exclusive to this home, and is cleaned by a professional cleaning company which is 5 star reviewed cleaning company on the island.

For security:
The house is located in Keaheau Estates where there is 24/7 security. Given the House has huge floor to ceiling glass doors the home has security cameras at each entrance ring doorbell, indoor garage door entrance, Kitchen door entrance, living room door entrance and Main door Foyer entrance, and pool area entrance. These cameras are only active during vacancy and cleaning periods, never during guest stays. If you have any privacy concerns you can speak with the Property Manager and he can show you the cameras are deactivated upon your stay

This is our family vacation home and we regularly visit but while not there we rent it out on VRBO. Please take care of it as your own.

This is a legal registered Short Term Vacation Rental Property and as such has certain rules to the rental see below:

(A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
(B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. (D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
