BEDROOMS / BEDS (MATTRESSES):

The first or master bedroom has a king size mattress with a box spring and frame. There is also a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a full size mattress with the same setup. Another twin size mattress is also available for use. There is also a sliding door closet.

EXTRA GUESTS:

The reservation covers a maximum of 4 persons. An additional charge of $50 per extra person (older than 3 years old) per night will be requested after you complete and pay for the reservation.

An extra twin size mattress with a box spring and a full set of linens can be set up for your extra guests before your arrival. Please let us know !!!

PARKING:

A reserved parking in the garage of the same building is available for a separate parking fee of $30 per day. 24/7 drive in and out privileges in a very secured, indoor parking garage. Street parking in the Waikiki neighborhood is very limited and not recommended.

The taxes that the host is required by law to collect from the guest (and thus added to your final payment on Airbnb) and then pay the Hawaii Dept. of Taxation, if the rental is less than 90 days are:
