Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs
4. *In accordance with the City and County of Honolulu zoning regulations, the Premises is being set aside for your use for a period of thirty (30) days. The total rental and tax charges are accounted for on a per diem rate based upon the dates of actual occupancy as stated in your rental agreement. Should you choose to occupy the Premises for additional nights within the 30 day term, full payment of the per diem rent and tax amount must be paid for any extra nights of occupancy and prior to such occupancy. Guest acknowledges and agrees that host solely reserves the right to alter the beginning and/or ending dates for the 30 day rental term, provided that any such revised dates continue to include the Occupancy Period.
