The Fairway Villas is centrally located within the resort with golf course and lagoon views. The complex features a huge pool, hot tub, private exercise facility and barbecue area.
Located nearby are the Kings
Shops and the Queens Shops, venues for shopping and fine dining. Anaehoomulu Bay Beach is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.
The unit features a primary suite with a king sized bed, It has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and vanity, soaking tub, large glass enclosed shower, and walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds that can easily be made up into another king. The second bathroom includes a combination
tub/shower.
The full kitchen is a chef’s dream complete with granite countertops and cherry cabinets. It’s fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans you need to prepare a special meal.
The Great Room features comfortable seating, a large screen TV, and free high-speed internet to power all your devices.
We supply everything you need for a day at the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Just bring your bathing suit!...

Enjoyed our stay at the facility. Only improvement item is the AC was too cold when turned on. The temperature could not be adjusted.

This is our third year in a row at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the Fairway Villas were the best positioned yet! Especially with little ones who beg to walk over to the shaved ice place every day ;-)
Well updated interior apartment with a great kitchen made for a perfect stay for our family. We'll definitely be back!

Location incredibly convenient for so many things, yet away from the K-K crowds.

I came in town to participate in the Lavaman Triathlon and this condo was the perfect location to the start/finish line. It’s walking distance to A’ Bay, the Kings Market and the Queens Market. The only negative for me was I didn’t find the bed that comfortable and whomever had the condo above us let their kids run/jump on the floor from 6am-10pm but that is no fault of the owner of this condo.

Condo is in a beautiful setting close to beaches, restaurants and shopping . The condo has everything you need, is clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean, easy check in and check out procedures. Nice pool and gym! Super close to the Kings and Queens shopping center and close to the beach. You have to check out Lava Lava Beach Club! It’s walking distance.

Great condo and property.. the only problem my family had was, the creepy cameras looking at the hot tub and pool.. but no other cameras on the rest of the property.. the cameras are a bit invasive

Phenomenal spot in Waikaloa. Great alternative to high-priced resort. Walked to many area restaurants, beaches and even to the Conference Center with no worries.
