A very private & peaceful condo, yet just minutes to town and all activities.
Aloha, A wonderful, spacious and well-maintained home in paradise is waiting for you! The interior is beautifully decorated in a tropical style, the kitchen is well equipped, and has all the conveniences for your enjoyment: AC in the bedroom, free WIFI, Cable TV, but most of the time you will find yourself on the spacious lanai or out front at the beach. Located on the second floor, you look out over tropical gardens and the pool to the Pacific just beyond. No other lanai's next to it or across from it to interrupt those views! Also, there is an assigned parking space a few steps from the condo.
Ali'i Villas is a well-designed and immaculately maintained property. Central in the complex (off the balcony) is the pool, BBQ's and ocean view decks, to eat and visit. Ali'i Villas is one of the few complexes to have a heated pool. Usually not necessary, except for some of those cooler winter days. Just below the pool is the BBQ and outdoor dining area. A great place to meet new friends! A few steps down from there and you will be at the ocean's edge. A gathering place for many watching the sunset and hoping to catch the rare Green Flash.
Ali'i Villas is in an excellent location. This ocean front complex is a short distance from town. A 20–25-minute walk, or a short drive down Ali'i Drive brings you to the many restaurants, shopping and activities that Kailua town has to offer. Adventures await in either direction along Ali'i Drive! Multiple beaches, parks, surfing spots and snorkeling can be found.

We loved our stay in Vicky's unit in Alii Villas. The unit itself was clean, bright, and well stocked with a great ocean view. And the location of the complex is perfect on Alii, within walking distance of Kona and local beaches. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is very clean with nice location. We had a very good time there. They had everything we needed for our vacation and it felt like we were living in someone’s house. The beach behind the condo doesn’t have much to explore, but that’s how big island is. It doesn’t have much beach there. The famous magic beach is just a small, tiny beach. We drove by and didn’t even stop because it’s too tiny. However, the beach behind the condo is a great place to enjoy sunset. Overall it was a very nice experience.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The condo was a great size for the two of us. The balcony looked out over the pool to the ocean beyond. It was in a great location right on the ocean and an easy drive to many of the great sights along the Kona coast. Stephanie was a great host and very responsive to any and all questions I had. The unit was equipped with everything you might need from kitchen supplies to the beach. Would definitely recommend to stay here and I’m pretty sure we will be back. It was that good.

Nice place. Could use a bit more instruction about the beach closet which we did not find until we were leaving.

Nice unit with all amenities except adequate drawer space for clothing. All drawers and shelves in the nice and large walk in closet were filled so we ended up not emptying our suitcases. Location is accessible to town life but know that traffic is quite often heavy. Beach is close but full of rocks so no laying out. Pool is very nice.

Place was just as described. Clean and well stocked. Location was close to town and great local beaches but also nice and quiet. Loved having morning coffee on the lanai. Great way to start the day. Stephanie was super communicative. Would stay here again.

This location is perfect. No air conditioning in the mail pat of the house, but there is a unit in the bedroom that keeps the temperature perfect for sleeping.
The lanai, and view are amazing.

Our stay was so relaxing. The place is central, super quiet and has more than all the basics you’d need - well stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, laundry hamper, comfy king bed, lots of towels and beach toys. The place is a bit dated but generally clean. It was easy to get in and check out. Stephanie is a prompt, helpful and clear communicator. The pool is large, clean and moments away, as is a rocky beach with amazing sunsets. Lots of towels, great view from the balcony and a one minute walk from a great Kona coffee place. We went with our 6 year old who is capable of being quiet and calm, when needed. If you have a more rambunctious and loud kid, this is not the place for you. It’s very quiet, peaceful and you could easily be heard by all by not being mindful. Parking is also easy. We would certainly stay here again.
